Ora has become the main project management tool for my small bootstrapped startup.

Pros

Setting up and implementing Ora for my team was not a issue at all. What stands out to me is its simplicity, clean UI and lack of unnecessary features found in some other softwares.

Cons

The pricing plans are confusing and too expensive for a company in its early stages. Dragging and dropping cards on boards can be quite unstable and glitchy at times, making it a real hassle to rearrange tasks.

Love the support and ease of use

Pros

The versatility that is given in organizing our projects allows us to handle a wide range of tasks we tackle daily.

Cons

There are a few expected bugs since it is a new product. Also some features are missing but nothing significant enough to make us abandon the service.

Ora, is a simple and very fast way to organize a project into tasks and therwith facilitate work.

Pros

The software has a well-structured and easily navigable project layout. The various ways to display task lists are also highly helpful. The intelligent task creation feature simplifies the process and the overall clarity from the beginning is impressive. The feedback feature comes in handy for tracking progress towards goals. While there are still some unused features that require exploration still it is evident that Ora is capable of facilitating extensive project work. Personally, it's the only tool I want to use now and the mobile webpage access works flawlessly. I believe there are even more improvements on the way to enhance the overall experience. I highly recommend trying it out and experiencing it for yourself. Best of luck!

Cons

I truly hope there will be a standalone mobile application (Android). Although one can get used to the mobile website but it would be better to have a dedicated app. It would also be helpful if goal management were more tightly integrated with the task lists/boards, so you can track progress toward each goal on top of the board.

Ora was integrated into our internal systems in an effort to better manage ongoing projects.

Pros

Oras interface is eye catching and the layout is easy to understand. It provides a great overview of tasks that require my attention. The integration with other systems like Slack is also very convenient.

Cons

The absence of recurring tasks is a major pain point for our entire team and there are several bugs that occur during searches.

All the bits you want, minimal learning curve. Go straight to work!

Pros

I discovered Ora before its official release while searching for a tool to keep me organized, track my time on various projects and eventually collaborate with others. In the past I have tried many task management and time tracking tools and while some were great and some were terrible, most were missing something. Basecamp for example, is fantastic for keeping everyone on the same page but lacks the time tracking I desired. Ora seems to have taken the best aspects from various tools and combined them into a deceptively simple platform. At first glance, it resembles Trello, but it offers hidden gems like a time tracking button on each task and additional options when double-clicking a list item. Although it may lack a bit of polish in terms of aesthetics, I'm extremely satisfied with it so far and eagerly await future updates.

Cons

The appearance could use a bit more work. While I really like minimalism but the typography and overall look could be refined. It is a bit disappointing that I can't choose a custom background color without a premium account. Other than that, I haven't noticed any significant cons.

Ora has been everything we've been looking for in a project management app

Pros

I love the overview of personal tasks and the customizable task boards. Ora comes with built in features that make collaborating with my team on tasks a hassle free process. In short i genuinely love everything about Ora.

Cons

The apps performance could be improved but I can't complain given its extensive capabilities. AngularJS is lacking in certain performance features, to say the least.

Really great with definitely great features implemented.

Pros

I can easily add color to my cards and choose different list types such as closed, open and review. The pricing is very competitive compared to other options.

Cons

The attachment system is very poor. Users should be able to attach multiple files simultaneously and it should be possible to attach notes from Evernote. The website is often slow and tends to crash my web browser.

Unlike others Ora finds a good compromise between functionality and overloaded UIs.

Pros

Ora's UI is interestingly pleasing and less confusing compared to JIRA or Phacility. I am eagerly awaiting the integrations especially with JIRA. Although I am currently on the free plan, I would definitely switch to a paid plan for the integrations. Many thanks for implementing my suggested keyboard shortcut for play/pause in the time tracker ("P").

Cons

It is not a flaw in the software itself but I hope integrations will be available soon. Additionally, having some sort of cross-platform desktop app would be highly appreciated.

Great for group workflow

Pros

Ora has enabled us to visualize a nonlinear work pipeline and has empowered our team to continually drive progress and enhance our product. Its user friendly and facilitates with effective communication even with large groups.

Cons

Some functions like adding milestones or attaching multiple files to a task, require too many steps. Additionally, there aren't many resources available to assist new users unfamiliar with project management systems like this one.

Ora is a very good tool to organize my different projects, those being pro or hobbies.

Pros

Ora is easy to use. it allows me to manage different panels and communicate with remote partners and contributors. The time tracking feature is particularly useful, reminding me of the time I have dedicated to specific projects.

Cons

On different computers, the interface can become very slow and laggy. Specifically when trying to add time to a specific task, it freezes and takes an eternity to enter a number or change the date.

Great PM for Small Teams with a lot of potential

Pros

Ora offers exceptional and wide range of features such as time tracking, a beautiful UI/UX, comprehensive reports, Slack integration and the potential for integration with other apps. The roadmap for future features looks promising (please add a Gantt Chart!).

Cons

The milestone settings can be confusing. And also the focus mode seems somewhat useless. Furthermore, not all the features have been fully implemented.

Great product, almost exactly what we need. The rest is planned, so no worries there.

Pros

One of the standout features for me in Ora is the ability to set milestones and create a personal weekly planner. Additionally the teams responsiveness on Twitter is awesome.

Cons

The design feels very light, lacking sufficient contrast. At times it is challenging to quickly locate what I need, such as icons or links. Additionally, the interface isn't fast and responsive which gives me a sense of not being fully in control.

Pretty beautiful products, that lacks a bit of contrast but offers clever features

Pros

The ingenious combination of a Todo List and Kanban functionality is simply brilliant. It brings together the straightforwardness of Wunderlist with the flow driven approach of Trello. Which makes it a highly powerful tool.

Cons

The overall design is impressive but it falls short in terms of color contrast. I encountered issues where checklists failed to load.

Nice to use - like the flexibility with setting up workflow

Pros

It provides a balance between simplicity and providing room for additional details. The Kanban flow with intuitive drag and drop is superior to other platforms that have certain limitations.

Cons

I am not entirely sure yet about the disliked. For now it seems to fulfill my current needs. It would be great to have the ability to duplicate projects.

Surely the best experience in this type of software! Easy and up to date with lastest tecnologies

Pros

The responsiveness of the editing feature is exceptional as it automatically saves all changes. The design and app login flow are perfect.

Cons

The lack of actionable features and the fixed cost of the plan might be drawbacks. I believe there is room for improvement in the visualization of tasks. Simply having a kanban board is not sufficient. a new visualization method like Trello or Google Notes would be great!

Ora is good tool for team management because the facility of use

Pros

I really like the fact that how Ora seamlessly combines SCRUM and team tasks which allows for the inclusion of milestones and separate personal to-do lists outside the team context.

Cons

Most team management tools tend to include so many things that they become complex to use including Ora. It's surprising that there isn't integration with the traditional way of starting a project, pen, and paper.

Easy and feature rich

Pros

Ora maintains a clean interface, offering a clear overview of project tasks and achievements. It is effortless to manipulate data and provides numerous options for organizing tasks and gathering feedback. The different task-list views are incredibly convenient as it allows for adaptability based on individual needs. The graphs although I haven't utilized them a lot yet, provide valuable insights into project progress. It is worth noting that the mobile version of Ora as a mobile webpage also functions flawlessly. Overall Ora is a fantastic tool that I plan to use more frequently in the future.

Cons

I always find myself wanting more features. Personally I value a mobile app (Android) more than a website. It would also be great to have more in-depth analysis tools.

It's great software so far, easy to use, nice features

Pros

Ora provides Trello like lists with excellent Kanban support which is very useful for Agile projects. It was challenging to find software that handles Kanban boards well but Ora does it perfectly.

Cons

The absence of mobile apps is a downside. I would be thrilled if the analytics feature particularly Agile-related aspects like burn-down charts is added soon.

Feels decent but for me the biggest advantage is that it is brand new and has much potential.

Pros

The "my tasks" functionality in Ora is fantastic. Its simple yet satisfying and incredibly helpful. This is something I couldn't find in Trello. I am also looking forward to utilizing the time tracking feature and project planning timeline.

Cons

These are more suggestions than cons I would like to mention. Adding keyboard shortcuts would be great (I believe it's already in progress). There are times the page feels slow when loading. I feel like optimizing it if possible would be beneficial. The strength of the tool lies in not being as heavy as JIRA.

Great task/project management!

Pros

Although still in beta, Ora exceeds most project management systems in terms of features. The features include time tracking, Kanban boards and lists and many others. What truly fascinates me is its exceptional user interface.

Cons

There are a few occasional bugs which is understandable given that it is only in its beta release.
