“Exactly what I needed
Pros
I knew Ora was going to be an exceptional software the moment I signed up. The onboarding process was top notch and left me with a fantastic first impression. It is like a perfect blend of Asana and Trello offering all the paid features of both platforms. What really sold me on Ora was the ability to have a proper scrum board for my software development team. It worked so well that I ended up creating boards for marketing, editorial, business canvas, and even managing my personal life. As an entrepreneur, the agenda view is a lifesaver. It pulls all my tasks from across all boards, personal and organizational, into a daily task list. It's truly amazing to manage everyday tasks in one consolidated view.
Cons
The software has so manybugs. It's relatively new, and it seems that the small team behind it has packed in many features, resulting in periodic UI bugs throughout the application.

“One of the best project management tools I've seen
Pros
Creating projects and tasks is a simple process with Ora. I love how I can seamlessly switch between List and Kanban view. The Timeline view is also a great addition. The time estimation and tracking features are brilliantly implemented and unbelievably user-friendly. Planning my week or day using the Agenda feature is a game-changer. The interface is clean and visually appealing, and the app runs smoothly. The fact that there are dedicated apps for both Mac and Windows is a big plus.
Cons
The speed of creating multiple tasks by pasting from a document is satisfactory but there is room for improvement. I would appreciate the ability to apply multiple filters to the task list in the Agenda view and Reports.

“Best Kanaban Board tested
Pros
Ora is incredibly intuitive that comes with a superb user experience. It is something that makes it perfect for our development projects. It smoothly integrates with Bitbucket and includes time tracking functionality.
Cons
I find it disappointing that full text search is not available. Also it would be great to have PDF reportings with the option to customize the logo and other elements.

“Better than Jira or Trello, I think the best tool to implement Scrum in your company
Pros
The ease of use, wide range of features and visually appealing interface make Ora a delight to work with. The support is excellent and they even provide a dedicated Ora client for both OSX and Windows.
Cons
Unfortunately, there are no smartphone apps at the moment but the team is actively working on developing them.

“Perfect combination of tools
Pros
After spending a significant amount of time comparing project management tools for my freelance work, I finally found Ora. It meets my requirements for time tracking and offers more feedback and versatility with lists compared to Trello. Ora checks off many boxes for me.
Cons
It's still early days and I am excited about the upcoming new features. I would love to have an iOS app, project timelines and invoicing right from the start, but I understand that I need to be patient.

“Great tool for projects and personal use.
Pros
The presentation and functionality of Ora are exceptional! It leaves a high-quality impression, allowing me to effortlessly organize my to-do list and collaborate with my team. There are various ways to view and organize my workload and I can easily track my progress and completed tasks. The integrated timer is an incredibly useful tool.
Cons
The main drawback is the absence of an Android app (unsure about Apple). The webapp works on Android devices but it's not as convenient as a standalone app that is not browser dependent.

“Very good task and project manager
Pros
I am currently using the free version of Ora to manage and track my daily tasks. I really like the user-friendly software and the numerous improvements made to the card system. Especially the time tracking option. The ability to assign tasks to specific days helps me stay organized.
Cons
The time management feature can be a little buggy when trying to add time retroactively. But it's a minor inconvenience.

“Great experience!
Pros
The attention to detail in the UI/UX of Ora is remarkable. The system operates smoothly and every aspect has been thoughtfully designed from the user's perspective.
Cons
I miss certain features like the chat function and project timeline. The last feature we need is support for the unique hour billing system.

“We use Ora to keep tracking on what we work on. We charge clients based on it, so its very important
Pros
Ora has one of the beautiful interface and the team is continuously updating the tool. I am always greeted with alerts about new features. The Kanban/cards organization is genuinely useful and keeps the project flow smooth. The checklist option within each task is a tremendous asset.
Cons
The functionality for adding extra time is a bit confusing and buggy but I believe it's already on their list for improvement.

“I cannot understand why Trello is the go-to product when Ora exists
Pros
Ora's interface is stunning, and it even offers a native MacOS app. The support team is responsive and incredibly helpful. I really like that Ora is a bootstrapped company. The ability to toggle advanced features on and off is also impressive.
Cons
It would be great if the software had offline support and mobile apps but I know they are already working on those. In fact as I think about cons, everything that comes to mind is already on their public roadmap.

“Fantastic. Just switched from Trello.
Pros
The 7 day Kanban view in Ora is fantastic. Additionally, the convenient automations built into lists that are called list actions are very helpful. This is indeed what Kanban-based task management should be about.
Cons
Well it is a relatively new platform so I am looking forward to more integrations. Importing and exporting via email would be fantastic. Additionally, having an iOS version is the key. Given their progress so far, I'm confident these aspects will be addressed.

“Our project management solution
Pros
Out of the countless project management solutions I have tried in the past, Ora is the one I choose for many projects. It offers excellent features and is incredibly user-friendly.
Cons
Although it still lacks certain features like a calendar view, Ora is constantly improving with monthly updates. This is something that demonstrates the dedication of the design and development teams.

“Trello alternative - Ora.pm is a great productivity & project management tool
Pros
The user interface of Ora is exceptional. I absolutely love it! The availability of a free plan for testing purposes and the user onboarding process are great. There are no restrictions on the number of projects, tasks, comments, or attachments you can create or upload. Additionally, Ora allows for easy import from Trello.
Cons
As a beta user I expect some bugs. Currently, the integration options are quite basic. I wonder if there will be integrations with existing tools like Skype, Google Calendar or Zapier. At times it can be a bit slow when using Firefox.

“Trello, Asana and so on... but boosted.
Pros
Ora provides the best and useful features such as time tracking, live visibility of who is working on what, comprehensive reports and customizable options. It also allows for efficient management of open, reviewed and closed tasks within the same list.
Cons
There are some minor bugs and the software lacks translations and auto updates on Windows (which makes it challenging for me to install new versions on multiple PCs compared to Macs).

“Awesome UI - Lots of Features for Free Version
Pros
Among the various Kanban boards and project management tools I have used, I find Ora's design particularly appealing. It offers multiple customization options for boards and designs, along with a wide range of templates and features for different project types. Personally, I prefer Ora over Trello.
Cons
Having a mobile app or some form of schedulable notifications/deadlines with mobile push notifications would be an amazing feature. I believe they are actively working on a mobile version.

“Great tool for managing software, a good balance between kanban boards and time tracking.
Pros
Ora has proven to be very much user-friendly, allowing for easy customization and not to forget that the time tracking feature greatly aids in monitoring project progress.
Cons
It would be advantageous if you could install the software on your own server. The price per user doesn't always apply because we often have temporary programmers who use the software minimally compared to our stable team.

“Incredible potential - testing for a larger rollout in our company, but waiting on a few features
Pros
Ora's pipeline workflow, in-app time tracking and task types provide a detailed overview that helps us understand the bigger picture. We can assign time estimates to tasks and analyze which ones took more or less time than expected. As a small startup, this significantly improves our ability to estimate accurately.
Cons
The software is not yet complete. Many features are still in development which is why I gave it three stars for features and functionality. I was particularly drawn to this software because of the promised Basecamp synchronization but it is not yet fully implemented. However, the Ora team has been incredibly responsive and open to suggestions which gives me great hope for the near future!
