I find it frustrating that some of the advanced features aren't as simple as they could be. It's hard to use when you're trying to implement more complex workflows.

I find the database really easy to use and work with. Even though we've switched to different software, I still rely on this one regularly. Creating work orders is simple and tracking them later is smooth.

The lack of follow-up reports and work order tracking makes it hard to stay on top of things.

It has a lot of helpful features all in one place. It lets me enter both important details and my thoughts on possible other options.

Some parts can feel overwhelming for me, like gathering information from subcontractors based on bid details and adding in future marketing costs.

Pros

The coordination between team members has really improved since everyone can now track interactions and stay updated on what's happening. What I love most is how the platform gets smarter over time - the more bids we submit, the richer our historical data becomes and we can better track our relationships with subcontractors. It's also been a game-changer for onboarding new hires because they can easily filter results and identify the right subcontractors to invite for bidding. The potential here is honestly incredible.

Cons

I find updating and modifying company entries pretty challenging and it often results in duplicate records, making it difficult to keep track of interactions. The integration with Excel is also a pain and importing and exporting data is cumbersome and it doesn't offer the data cleaning tools I really need.
