Pros

As an independent contractor, this has been proven the best time tracking tool. I still haven't come across another option with a time tracking feature as simple to use as Intervals and we've been relying on it across our organization for years.

Cons

Well the mobile experience isn't my favorite and could definitely use some improvement although the desktop version is excellent.

Pros

Able to switch over to weekly time summary views has been really helpful. As it gives a clear snapshot at once and has been very insightful.

There's a lot of information packed in so it does take some time to absorb everything and fully understand it.

Pros

Getting Intervals Software up and running was not a problem and managing it day to day has been just as simple. Also it gives us enough customization to match the way our business operates which has made it a really good fit for our team.

Cons

The built-in structure fits how we work and is helpful overall but it adds some complexity in certain areas so there is less flexibility than we'd sometimes like.

Everything in this tool is user-friendly and really easy to use.

My only complaint used to be that there was not a simple way to tell which tasks had been viewed or commented on but the new feature has taken care of that.

Pros

Navigating Intervals feels very natural and the layout is user friendly. Also there's usually more than one way to get things done, plus the features really help simplify whatever task you're trying to complete.

Cons

Accounting is one area where it hasn't felt like the strongest option to me. That said I'm still getting familiar with the software so I'm continuing to learn my way around it.
