“Great platform for creating OKR system in creating small teams goals

I find Perdoo to be the best at understanding the OKR system and how Objectives, Key Results, and daily tasks are interconnected.

Cons

The app for phones could be faster and more intuitive for me.

I find that the Perdoo Android app is not as good as the web app.

The forms and templates in Perdoo assist me in precisely defining each objective or Key Result, which is often the trickiest part for me. The check-in feature ensures I stay focused throughout the cycle.

Cons

It takes me some time to customize the views based on the filters (cycle, owner, objective). Some of the metrics in the health report are not relevant for me, so it would be great if I could customize it a little bit.

As a team fairly new to goal-setting across the organization, Perdoo's resources have been invaluable for us. We now track all team goals and monitor progress using their dashboards during team meetings. It is evident that Perdoo is thoughtfully designed to meet our needs.

“Frustrating, un-usable in many cases, barely MVP

The support team's responsiveness was impressive for me. While they acknowledged issues promptly, they also promptly addressed any concerns I raised.

It does not really work for me. I found that figures were overwritten constantly, so I had to write the figures with workings in descriptions. Descriptions for key results were often overwritten while I was browsing through. Update emails were just question marks. I reported all of these to Perdoo, but none were resolved. We got an email saying it was in certain situations, but we continued to experience problems. I did not pay $2k to be a beta tester for MVP software.

It is easy to set up, perhaps a little too easy, as there is no easy way out once I am in!

Cons

They use captive marketing practices. I can't even unsubscribe from their continuous marketing emails without having to log in to my account.

Perdoo simplifies breaking down projects into manageable parts, aided by excellent visualization. Regular check-in notifications are a great feature for me.

I find it harder to use on the go on my smartphone. While Perdoo shines on desktop, my mobile experience is bad.

We could not edit a starting value for a KR, so that quarter we were always off track, even though we had progress.

Implementing OKRs across our business has been a positive exercise for me, largely thanks to Perdoo. It ensures teams stay true to their OKRs and keeps them visible to the entire organization.

The roadmap view is my favorite way of visualizing how OKRs cascade down through time and across groups. It can be quite tricky for me to get this set up properly so that the default view is the most complete one.

I notice a lack of integrations. There is no way of managing staff performance within Perdoo, and it could use the ability to set personal development plans.
