“Delivered what they promised!”

Pros

After using�it�for quite some time, it's been doing exactly what it promised. We've expanded into two more countries and our rankings across online marketplaces have improved thanks to the content optimization features. We also had a dedicated customer success manager who made sure the implementation went well and patiently worked through our long list of questions. Big thanks to Naren and the team and I am hoping the same level of support continues throughout our journey.

Cons

Nothing significant to complain about. The UI is fairly basic but�it�gets the job done.

“One place for all product data”

Pros

Keeping all of our catalog information and product data in one place has been really useful.�It�does a good job of helping us organize, catalog and store everything in a single system.

Cons

The platform can centralize product data effectively but implementation and support failures undermine that value. We had to repeat the same answers multiple times and week after week little to no progress was being made while they kept asking questions we had already addressed the week before. The implementation ended up taking months. On top of that the finance person brought into one of our calls was rude and condescending toward our female employees. We also had to change account managers because of incompetence and the rep who originally sold us�the platform�disappeared for two months which left the team unsure and disorganized. Overall,�it�has been a very challenging experience.

Pros

It�offers a user friendly platform and the support team is quick to respond whenever questions or issues come up. We rely on it every day to manage a catalog of more than 6,000 products, along with their images and descriptions.

Cons

Updating and syndicating a product takes a few too many clicks right now.�It�would be better if that process could be organized.

Pros

Having�PIMworks�as a single source for all our MRO and equipment information has made a big difference. Also the platform keeps everything organized in one place and the tools are user friendly while still offering detailed control over updates and maintenance. It has helped us manage product information more accurately and cut down on errors and inconsistencies.

Cons

There really isn't much to point out as a downside.�It's a clean, user friendly platform that has worked well for us.

“Makes product listing improvements simple”

Pros

PIMworks makes it simple to improve our product listings which has helped boost conversions and improve customer satisfaction. The AI-powered enrichment module automatically adds richer, more detailed information to our product catalogs.

I really don't have any complaints here. The data enrichment works exactly as�it�should.

Pros

The software was very decent and simple to use and whenever I got stuck on something, the team responded quickly and helped right away.

There is not much to complain about honestly though a few UI refinements would still be nice.

one feature that has been especially useful in�PIMworks�is the bulk product data enrichment. it saves a lot of time and handling SKUs and product inventory across different channels and platforms seems much more user friendly because everything is managed from one central place.

Cons

no cons to share about�this product. the features work very well overall and their customer service has also been consistently amazing.

“Automated syndication saves hours”

Pros

Publishing products across multiple marketplaces takes a lot less time now thanks to�PIMworks�integration and automated syndication. My team used to spend hours standardizing data for different channel requirements but after switching to PIMworks, we've been able to put that time into other work and let the platform handle the rest. On top of that the customer support team stays proactive and the platform is fairly simple to use.

Pros

Managing product data has become much more easy for us with�PIMworks. Having all product information stored in one central place is saving us hours of manual effort. It's really changed the way we prepare and launch products to market. On top of that the customer success team has been responsive whenever I have had requirements.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any real blockers while using�it. The overall experience has been very smooth up to this point.

Pros

I find it really helpful for managing workflows and handling images and the setup and implementation were simple to get through. Integration also went without much trouble and customer support was appropriate when needed. Overall, it works well for those areas, though it would be even better if it expanded into more functions.

Cons

At times�it�feels a little slow and on some devices�it�can be unresponsive. We also don't end up using�it�very often because of the number of features included.

“Easy to start up”

Pros

It�was easy to start using and we were up and running in no time.

Cons

The support team has been very helpful but more self-service learning resources would have helped me understand�the platform�on my own time and speed up our progress.

Pros

Working with�PIMworks�has been very easy, creating and editing items takes very little time and the copy feature for other marketplaces is especially useful. The bulk import option is also a really nice way to create and update items quickly.

Cons

One thing that still needs improvement is syndicating to Amazon especially for items that are already recognized by Amazon. Those listings are still taking quite a while to process but I am confident�this�will be fixed soon.

“Unlimited storage makes it our fav”

Pros

The thing that really works well with�this tool�is the unlimited storage space for managing all of our digital assets. The customization options are also very top notch and the team handled those changes pretty quickly.

Cons

The part I am not happy with is that�it�still doesn't offer two-way integration across all marketplace channels.

One of the best parts of using�it�has been the weekly cadence calls with their team because they consistently help us get more value out of the product. The native API integrations have also been very useful for our needs.

API integration was up and running quickly and has been one of the biggest advantages of using this software and the product data syndication works really well too. Another thing I have appreciated is the steady stream of helpful knowledge base articles they publish every week.

During the early phase, the implementation and initial setup of�it�ended up taking longer than expected. Other than that, I really haven't had any major complaints.

Since bringing in�this tool, we've been able to handle a lot more when it comes to catalog creation and updating data. The workflow module has been especially useful and helps us stay efficient while working through our tasks.

Along with PIM functionality,�PIMworks�also includes Digital Asset Management which lets us handle more in a single platform. The team has been very supportive as well and that has been a big plus.

Keeping an eye on Minimum Advertised Price with�PIMworks�has been really simple and easy for us. It also makes it much easier to monitor what competitors are doing with their products which has been very useful. On top of that having a centralized way to manage assets has helped our team stay more organized.

I don't have any complaints about the features in�it. Everything feels very user friendly and the knowledge base is there as well so I can usually find answers and solve issues on my own.

Pros

Managing product content and images across different channels had been a constant struggle for us. While looking into PIM solutions and learning more about their benefits, we came across�PIMworks. At this point it really feels like the one-stop answer to the problem we were trying to solve.

Cons

Right now I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike. The available options have been working well for us and�it's been very helpful overall. Even when questions come up, we're usually able to get quick answers directly from the website.

Pros

Right from the start,�it�felt very user centric and simple to navigate. Uploading all the SKUs is alsp not a problem and the features are really easy to understand. I especially like the PIM SEO tools and the health check functionality.

Cons

Overall I am happy with all the available options. I went through the online user guide and was able to work on�the platform�without much trouble. I'd definitely recommend�it�to other companies that are having a hard time with product management.
