Pros
After using�it�for quite some time, it's been doing exactly what it promised. We've expanded into two more countries and our rankings across online marketplaces have improved thanks to the content optimization features. We also had a dedicated customer success manager who made sure the implementation went well and patiently worked through our long list of questions. Big thanks to Naren and the team and I am hoping the same level of support continues throughout our journey.
Cons
Nothing significant to complain about. The UI is fairly basic but�it�gets the job done.

“One place for all product data
Pros
Keeping all of our catalog information and product data in one place has been really useful.�It�does a good job of helping us organize, catalog and store everything in a single system.
Cons
The platform can centralize product data effectively but implementation and support failures undermine that value. We had to repeat the same answers multiple times and week after week little to no progress was being made while they kept asking questions we had already addressed the week before. The implementation ended up taking months. On top of that the finance person brought into one of our calls was rude and condescending toward our female employees. We also had to change account managers because of incompetence and the rep who originally sold us�the platform�disappeared for two months which left the team unsure and disorganized. Overall,�it�has been a very challenging experience.

Publishing products across multiple marketplaces takes a lot less time now thanks to�PIMworks�integration and automated syndication. My team used to spend hours standardizing data for different channel requirements but after switching to PIMworks, we've been able to put that time into other work and let the platform handle the rest. On top of that the customer support team stays proactive and the platform is fairly simple to use.

I find it really helpful for managing workflows and handling images and the setup and implementation were simple to get through. Integration also went without much trouble and customer support was appropriate when needed. Overall, it works well for those areas, though it would be even better if it expanded into more functions.
Cons
At times�it�feels a little slow and on some devices�it�can be unresponsive. We also don't end up using�it�very often because of the number of features included.

Working with�PIMworks�has been very easy, creating and editing items takes very little time and the copy feature for other marketplaces is especially useful. The bulk import option is also a really nice way to create and update items quickly.
Cons
One thing that still needs improvement is syndicating to Amazon especially for items that are already recognized by Amazon. Those listings are still taking quite a while to process but I am confident�this�will be fixed soon.
