Pros
Planeus has taken care of a lot for me, including project management, schedule planning, real-time data, reports, and analytics. Whats even better is that all of this is available in the base package which saves me a lot of money every year. It also includes a Gantt chart tool that I always use to visualize production schedules, manage progress, identify dependencies, and assess risks. I am currently running a small construction company, but Im sure this software will stay with me when I plan to expand.
Cons
I really wish they would improve the current update process. The software is always running an older version than the one that is currently being marketed. Theres no update plan available on the website or given to us when we call them. We would appreciate it if we had a plan so that we could postpone some tasks that could be done better with the new update, for example.

Pros
Working as a lead in multiple projects of my company, I am glad that I have access to software like Planeus. It has really revolutionized the way in which I approach a certain project to manage it. I have access to the most comprehensive project management tools that make my work easier. I can keep track of the manufacturing projects and guarantee theyre finished on time and within budget. This project management solution includes tools for managing project resources and timetables, as well as tracking progress and results.
Cons
I believe customer support needs much improvement. I am assuming they utilize a priority matrix since whenever a subordinate in my company approaches them, they rarely respond. But whenever I personally email them, the response is immediate.

Pros
Planeus has amazed me and our company’s management. At such an affordable price point, this is by far the most complete and solid scheduling software that we have used. It is very reliable and user-friendly, and has assisted us greatly in optimizing manufacturing operations. Planeus has a welcoming UI with smooth navigation. Getting started is simple and training new users is no issue thanks to the amazing support structure. This planning software is worth checking out if project management is under consideration.
Cons
I wish that they had added real-time reporting. This would have enabled line managers to stay up-to-date on the assigned activities without the need for them to reach out to the employees everytime. The reporting module itself is great and it’s only a matter of time when they update the software to add a real-time feature as well. And working with a lot of vendors and suppliers, sharing data is our utmost need. It is unfortunate that importing certain data and then selecting the users to share with is not easy at all.

Pros
Planeus is very powerful and yet extremely simple in terms of usability. Training new employees is a breeze, especially because the software is intuitive. The conflict radar feature is amazing and alerts a user/planner/manager to the location of the problem. The workbench shop floor data capture connects a resource directly to the plan and completes the information process, allowing us to confidently plan and communicate.
Cons
I really think a simulation tool might be beneficial for testing multiple versions of the current plan against future resource variables and potential new orders. Such a feature could possibly give senior management the "vision" to purchase new equipment in order to boost output and profit. Knowing what material is available when a resource begins would also be beneficial.
