“Easy to set up and manage
Pros
It is easy to set up, manage and use. The reporting features and main dashboard are excellent too and it works well for both traditional and agile project styles.
Cons
The report builder could be easier to use and include more ready-made templates. Plus I feel like the dashboard could also offer more flexibility in how it is set up and customized.

“Instantly accessible web service
Pros
Since it is a web service, you can access it instantly without any complicated installation. The interface is also pretty user friendly, making it easy to explain even to less technical users. An experienced project lead only needs a quick briefing to get started. Plus most managers I have trained were up and running after just one hour and learned the rest through hands-on use. The dashboards for each portfolio and project also give upper management a clear, simple overview.
Cons
One of the biggest area for growth is in customization. Many settings like notifications and reporting, can only be changed globally. I'd also love more options for designing the visual layout of reports. But the platform is always improving as the last update added many new features. What I'd really find useful is a dedicated mobile app for managing tasks and checking project overviews.

“Timeline and kanban tools are useful
Pros
The timeline and Kanban tools are the most useful features for our team. As it provides a complete, long-term view for all project teams and members, creating a single access point for all project details and specific sections.
Cons
There is definitely a learning period to get comfortable with it. I had to restart my very first project several times before I got it right.

“Simple implementation and easy learning
Pros
Implementation, rollout and training are all simple and it is easy to learn. Plus it supports hybrid project management both classic and agile and connects with Jira. Even the interface and features are constantly being improved and the support is great too.
Cons
It is missing some tools for tracking exact working hours down to the minute.

“The perfect IPMA/PMI solution
Pros
It is the perfect solution if you need a PM tool that follows IPMA/PMI standards while fully supporting both the project team and line management. And I really like the project and portfolio overview page which gives me a perfectly detailed view of everything I need. A proper Work Breakdown Structure is missing in many other tools but Onepoint nailed this essential feature.
Cons
Figuring out the admin settings for individual user permissions took a little while but I got the hang of it after a short time in my administrator role.

“A very thorough software!
Pros
Onepoint is a very thorough software with every function I needed. The What-If scenario planning is particularly impressive for handling project uncertainties and the resource utilization view is an advanced feature that really makes it stand out. The service and technical support are also excellent.
Cons
Smaller businesses should think a little as the software might be overkill for their needs. Though it is packed with features and easy to navigate, but I think it is still requires consideration. Other than that I do not have any complaints.

Pros
The software is user-friendly with a clean interface and powerful analytics. Overall it is very effective for project monitoring, scheduling and control.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike but it does take some time to learn due to the complexity of the work it manages.

“user friendly pipeline
Pros
We used a competitor's product for a long time but it lacked analytics. But on the other hand Onepoint's project pipeline is simple and user friendly. The best part is that it is built with developers in mind, featuring a clean interface and great analytics to quickly spot which projects are falling behind.
Cons
New features are not released very frequently. I mean I'd be excited to see more functionality added over time.

“Superb for full project management
Pros
This software is superb for full project management. It has one of the best layouts of any PM tool I have tried. I am particularly fond of the dashboard, the graphical Work Breakdown Structure, the controlling features and the overall design.
Cons
It would be great to have a cloud version customized for smaller companies or a more budget-friendly price plan. Plus I feel like a mobile app for iPhone and Android would also be really helpful.
