When I was searching for a solution to collaborate properly and efficiently with my team, a friend recommended Project Central Software. I found this software to be simple, reliable, and user-friendly.

Cons

This software requires a Microsoft account in order to be used.

Pros

Project Central is an incredibly dynamic project management software that allows me to track progress and manage all my projects and subtasks. Assigning deadlines to each subtask is not a problem anymore. I can also collaborate with colleagues and team members on projects. The comprehensive dashboard provides a centralized view of all project data and allows for easy analysis. Storing data for future reference is convenient. Being cloud-based, I can access my projects and data from anywhere. The seamless integration with Microsoft 365 saves me a lot of time. It's easy to use, even for someone without specialized knowledge. Plus, there's a free trial version available to try before purchasing the full version.

Cons

Having used Project Central for over a year now, I am extremely satisfied with its performance.

Pros

Marketing and product teams working with agile methods can use this helpful tool and it is available to team members as well as people outside the organization. It displays progress made by our team in a simple, well-organized way. Tasks can be assigned to specific users and dates can be set so everything stays clear for everyone. With an simple but attractive design, the information people need is easy to find and follow.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike. The one minor problems I did have is that Office is required and not everyone uses it.

Pros

Project Central is very user-friendly and useful. It offers features that are required for our business. The support from the Project Central team is exceptional, and they have already discussed and scheduled the development of several key functions that I wished were available to my team. That's quite impressive.

Cons

Project Central is clearly still in the early stages of development, lacking many of the advanced features that would be most beneficial for our purposes, such as subtasks within tasks, each with their own checklist. Additionally, an enhanced ability to import/upload data lists from Excel would be highly advantageous.

Pros

Onboarding went smoothly and we were up and running with Project Central in less than a week.

Cons

We'd like dependencies to be available though we understand they're on the Project Central team's roadmap. The team has also been very open to hearing our feedback.

Pros

The best thing is that I could get started quickly. The support team's follow-up call was a nice extra touch.

Cons

Subtasks and dependencies were missing even though they were key features for us which made the product unviable for the use we needed it for. During the check-in call after the trial ended, I was told both features were on the development roadmap for Q3 or Q4 2020.

Pros

We signed up and got started with an Office 365 profile effortlessly. The modern, clean interface is easy to use. Gantt charts and the project dashboard provide a clear view of the bigger picture. Office 365 integration is also a major help with its files, security and user management that can all be handled through IT policies so we don't need to administer those things in a separate application.

Pros

Our marketing and product teams are now able to collaborate in a simple, user-friendly tool. There was no pushback at all when we rolled it out unlike with other tools that some team members found hard to adopt. That comes down to the strong focus on user experience.

Cons

You need a Microsoft account in order to use the tool. It wasn't a problem for us but some people I recommended it to couldn't use it because they weren't connected to Microsoft 365.

Pros

Setup and implementation were incredibly quick. We were using the software within minutes. It also fit perfectly with our Office365 and SharePoint setup. Support responds very quickly and there's even a roadmap for upgrades and enhancements which is pretty rare.

Cons

I'd say nothing in particular concerned or frustrated me. Good job.

Pros

Bringing my team members onto projects is easy and handing out tasks works smoothly. I'm looking forward to the new Gantt chart feature which should be released soon.

Cons

A kanban view would be useful right now though I've been told it's coming soon. I hope it will be more effective.

Pros

Setup takes little time and it's quick to get going. With Microsoft sign-in, we don't need to remember separate passwords or logins. File integration is secure for clients to use.

Cons

Logging in requires a Microsoft work email which some of my clients don't have.
