Pros
Having everything brought together in one place gives me a clear overview of the daily operations and performance in my region. It's also going to help a lot with building the 2022 business plan. This was developed together with the IT team and DELA which makes a real difference because the result feels like a tool that was truly tailored to our needs.
Cons
The system is already quite great though there are still a few minor areas that could be improved. One example would be adding external segmentation in the future so there can also be contact with the insurance broker.

Keeping track of plans and follow-up actions with the broker is much better for the account manager and having all the information gathered in one system makes the work far more organized.
Cons
It would help if the account manager could get a reminder or alert on the date set for a follow-up appointment with the broker. It would also be useful to export certain data into PDF or Excel so it can be shared more easily.

I think it would be more useful if it could print certain results or let us forward some screens to our brokers. Adding some kind of reminder feature would also make it easier to keep track of follow-up tasks.

One of the biggest strengths of this software is how well it keeps the focus on what really matters, the sales activities my team is actually carrying out. At bpost, we strongly believe in the ROA method. Results come from objectives and objectives are only achieved by consistently doing the right sales activities such as calling clients, holding meetings and sending out offers. Without activity, there are no sales. This platform gives me a congreatated view of all those activities by salesperson, cluster, region and even at the national level. We also rely on it to build our sales plans which makes them visible and transparent across the entire organization. On top of that, it supports our sales team in creating SMART plans and helps my sales managers follow up much more effectively.
Cons
We chose to build a customized version of the tool so delivery took longer than it would with a standard setup. There is also a change management aspect involved which means it requires careful planning and coordination to roll everything out properly.

Pros
Connecting prebuilt plans to accounts is very easy and it makes it simple to define tasks, follow progress, spot issues that are holding back results or replicate successful approaches. For software launches, it works really well for tracking the positioning of new products and then scaling that across key partners and distributors. The management layers give a full picture of how teams are performing so it's possible to step in quickly when needed or roll out methods that are already working. Compared with most CRM systems, it's much more user-friendly and the editing speed is a big reason people enjoy using it. Since teams actually want to work in it, the value for managers is much higher and executing plans and reporting becomes far easier. The operational and results-based ROI is definitely there.
Cons
Only weak spot I've noticed has been the APIs and integrations although development moves so quickly that it may already be resolved by the time this comment is being read.

It's always accessible when I need it and the dashboard gives clear, useful insights. The layout is clean, with no confusing or overly complicated buttons to deal with.
Cons
At this point there still isn't a dedicated app available which would make access even better. The graphics also feel like they could use some improvement.

Pros
Using this has made my work far more structured and efficient. The system is clear, simple to navigate and lets me plan my visits, follow up properly and analyze my territory in a practical way. I also appreciate that it doesn't feel like a standard sales tool with limited, prebuilt sales plans. For our team, it works much more like a DELA tool because of that. Customer support has also been excellent, professional, responsive and flexible.
Cons
One area that still needs a bit more development is the PDF printout functionality.
