well-built interface!

Pros

Quable PIM improves how product information is handled and keeps data moving efficiently. The interface is also well designed so you can get used to the platform fairly quickly

Cons

I was happy with the overall performance and became comfortable usingthe toolover time, even though the learning phase at the beginning was not very obvious.

Pros

It brings together a wide range of job functions especially when it comes to collecting and distributing data across e-commerce platforms, web portals and similar channels. Overall it is a great all in one tool for handling multiple tasks from a single place.

Cons

The customer support could be improved especially by being more proactive and responsive.

Support is very helpful

Pros

Using this software has been a really positive experience. The search and filter features work very well and it's simple to find what I need. All of the functions have been working properly without any trouble. On top of that the customer support team has been very supportive whenever needed.

Cons

Everything has been good overall and it's very easy to use in day to day work. I haven't faced any problems with it at all.

Faster shopify publishing with DAM

Pros

Having a SaaS solution that runs directly on our computers without needing updates is a real advantage. The DAM features are especially valuable in fashion, since they let us manage and connect product images directly inside the PIM. With the Make app, we were able to link our PIM to other marketing tools we use, like Airtable, Monday and Mailchimp. On top of that the Shopify connector has made publishing much faster as new products and updates can be pushed to our website instantly. The collaborative tracking features are also very helpful for teamwork.

Cons

The PDF print template is not very advanced but with support from a partner, it can be resolved quite easily.

offers great support

Pros

What stands out most is the combination of native DAM, SaaS convenience and responsive support. Having a native DAM built into the platform is a real plus. The SaaS model is very reliable and much nicer than dealing with an on-premise solution. Another strong point is how responsive the team is. The customer relationship has been outstanding and makes a real difference. The latest version especially with the new import/export features is a very good step forward.

Cons

Overall I am satisfied. Aside from a few minor setup issues right at the start of the project, the teamresponded quickly to what we needed and everything has been working perfectly since then.

Ended our product data headaches

Pros

Running a business that sells both in-store and online, keeping product information organized is always a real headache. Aligning all that data quickly becomes complex and time-consuming. So we chose Quable to solve these issues. Setting up our instance to efficiently manage all our product data and connect it to our other systems was very easy. Plus we were able to automate many heavy, restrictive tasks and processes. Now that everything has been simplified with it, we really have no regrets. The team is extremely responsive and the biggest advantage is definitely its integration with many APIs which lets us push automation even further.

Cons

We're extremely satisfied and whenever we have questions the support team gets back to us very quickly, so honestly There is nothing negative to point out.

DAM links media to products

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is how well the DAM connects with the PIM especially for linking product sheets with media assets. The platform is modern and user-friendly, while still offering real flexibility in the way it can be used. The filtering and product selection options are very useful and the workflows are especially efficient.

Cons

I don't have any particular issues or concerns to report.

simple and keeps improving

Pros

it keeps things refreshingly simple, both in terms of usability and how quickly you can get comfortable with it. The native DAM integration is a real plus and the PIM keeps improving over time with regular updates and enhancements.

Cons

Overall I am satisfied with it. The feature set could have gone a bit deeper but that would probably take away from the simplicity which is really wherethis platformstands out.

Smooth and modern tool

Pros

Quable is a SaaS PIM, so daily access to the interface is simple and always available. The interface is also modern and smooth which makes the platform nice to use. Tool administration is centralized, efficient and user-friendly whether you're building a data model or enabling locales. And there is no lag and no heavy setup. The latest updates have made the solution much more better. The API is also widely used and gives open, flexible access to third-party tools.

Cons

Well if I had to point out areas for improvement, I'd say the testing process for new releases could be stronger. Standardizing media localization would also be valuable. Workflow configuration can sometimes lack flexibility and would benefit from being deployable across multiple locales, although the collaborative side ofthe toolmakes up for part of that by allowing tasks to be created easily.

Custom models sync all tools

Pros

The customizable data model lets us manage the different product levels we work with very effectively. Its openness through various APIs creates a lot of possibilities and helps maintain strong synchronization across our different systems. On top of that the user-friendly interface makes the application quick to learn and allows business teams to work more independently.

Cons

One thingthe applicationreally lacks is stronger control and better links between multiple fields. Adding rules that connect different fields would improve the quality of the data entered and sent to other systems. Email notifications tied to completeness checks or workflows would also help us respond faster and make our processes more efficient.

Fast and keep evolving

Pros

Its PIM features keep evolving at a strong pace and sometimes even close existing gaps. Deployment is agile which helps speed up the go-to-market process and the project team as well as the customer success manager are attentive and responsive.

Cons

There are still a few functional gaps especially around product imports and exports in the past and these could be identified more clearly.
