“buggy spreadsheets and code handling”
Pros
It does offer decent collaborative editing, along with great options for sharing, protecting and organizing documents.
Cons
At the same time some of the most basic features are very buggy especially spreadsheets, copying code in and out of it and image management.

“Great salesforce knowledge hub”
Pros
A big plus is how well it works for sharing knowledge and the Salesforce integration is especially valuable since our sales team spends most of their time there. It's also helpful that login can be configured with SSO.
Cons
In my experience, the knowledge-sharing functionality still feels more limited than Box or Google Drive. The formatting options and overall look are also fairly basic compared to other alternatives.

“quick notes but mixed structure”
Pros
This software is a fast way for jotting down notes and even putting together some documentation. It works well when you want to get ideas out of your head and onto the page quickly.
Cons
My main concern is that it tries to cover too many things without the feature design feeling fully thought through. It leans too heavily toward a freeform approach instead of offering enough structure so whether it works well really depends on the use case. In the end, it can handle certain needs but it didn't feel as aligned as advertised.

“sharing long docs is fantastic”
Pros
Sending long documents and spreadsheets is really convenient which is something I appreciate a lot.
Cons
If something gets misplaced, it can be tough to track it down again. The search feature would be much more user-friendly if it showed a thumbnail preview so the item is easier to recognize visually.

“excellent real-time teamwork”
Pros
Working on the same document at the same time has been a big advantage for my team and me. It is especially important when we are putting together technical specifications or mapping out projects because everything stays instantly synchronized and that helps cut down on misunderstandings and duplicated work. The integration with other tools is also really valuable. At Chevron, we rely on several different software applications for different tasks and this connects well with platforms like Salesforce so we can access and compile information efficiently without constantly jumping from one system to another.
Cons
When it comes to text collaboration, it does a really strong job but the formatting and editing features can feel a bit limited compared with more full-featured document editors such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. With a little more development in that area, I think it could become an even better tool.

“Frustrating microsoft copy-paste issues”
Pros
Creating new documents is quick, bringing other people in is easy and collaboration works well. Tagging or adding users takes very little effort and the access controls feel reliable enough to trust.
Cons
My biggest complaint is how badly it handles data from other apps. Like most people, my workflow doesn't live inside one single tool so I'm constantly moving between applications. When I copy text from PowerPoint or OneNote into it, the content gets pasted as an image instead of actual text. Oddly, if I paste that same text into Notepad first and then copy it over, it finally comes through as text. It really feels like this was an intentional choice in the way it interfaces with Microsoft products and as a user that is incredibly frustrating. I spent a long time searching for a fix and from everything I found, there doesn't seem to be any setting that corrects it.

“handy planning and team chat”
Pros
It has made my team at the tourist guide website more productive than ever. It really simplifies our work with features for document sharing, building detailed itineraries and tracking tasks. The built-in chat also makes coordination instant. I really love this tool.
Cons
Even though I'm happy with the services it provides, I do find the per-user subscription price a bit expensive. A discount would definitely be appreciated.

“Team collaboration done right”
Pros
One thing that really makes this stand out is the way it brings every department together and creates a more aligned, goal-focused team. It has made sharing documents and assigning tasks very convenient, while communication stays clear and efficient throughout. On top of that, it is one of the simplest tools to use yet its features go far beyond what I expected. I'm genuinely very satisfied with it.
Cons
It has been user-friendly and dependable from the start. Our team has been able to work together more effectively, reaching goals faster and with better accuracy. Honestly I have not run into any downsides with it so far.

“User-friendly platform for team coordination”
Pros
Right from the start it felt incredibly simple to use. What I appreciate most is being able to share spreadsheets and work documents since it keeps everyone updated on changes, lets you mention teammates and makes collaborating on the same file fast and practical even when working remotely. I've also really liked the built-in formats I use to distribute projects because the visual layout makes it immediately clear to understand each person's workload and the expected timelines for delivery.
Cons
I haven't found anything I dislike. I'm a big fan of it and would recommend it to anyone!

“Fantastic collaboration and live updates”
Pros
Across our company, Joke has become the hub for communication and honestly the best collaboration solution we've tested. It lets us assign tasks to specific employees and have them work together without friction which has really helped boost productivity. My teammates and I use it often to capture important stakeholder meeting notes or exchange information quickly. Thanks to Jest, the amount of email we send has dropped and the improvement in communication is noticeable. After checking alerts and sending reminders, you can also share files fast and keep them secure. Another thing I appreciate is the real-time visibility, when team members view, edit or open documents, Joke helps me track updates instantly so I can see who is working on what and when.
Cons
It can't be used through the native file directory structure on Windows or Mac for documents. If you want to search for files or logs, you have to open the app itself. Joke also feels much slower than tools like Excel or Outlook because the source file often seems to have to be created at least two or even three times which made it hard to feel like it was more than just a user interface with a save folder behind it. I'd also really like to see prebuilt templates added since they could save a lot of time for many users.

“task management with great access control”
Pros
Our team gets the most value from the task scheduling and task management features. As a development team, we don't want to spend too much time handling admin work so having those parts organized in one place really helps. The access control management also feels very reliable and the level of security and authenticity it provides is something we genuinely appreciate.
Cons
Interface we use to manage everything can be a little tricky to figure out at times and the navigation occasionally feels confusing. On top of that, the billing setup is somewhat complicated as well. Aside from those issues, it's still a good platform to work with overall.

“Handy mentions and reminders”
Pros
One feature that's especially useful is being able to reference outside services or data just by typing the @ symbol before the handle. The @ sign is versatile too, you can use it to mention people, insert a time or date and even set reminders that notify you at the scheduled time.
Cons
Really taking full advantage of it can be a bit difficult. It works best when paired with Salesforce so if you use another CRM, the overall value feels more limited.
