easily the best for time and quotes

Pros

I have tried many platforms and Scoro is easily the best I've used for combining time tracking, quoting and project resourcing into a single workflow. And because it syncs with my Google Calendar, I do not have to duplicate work blocks and the ability to bulk back-mark entries lets me catch up on timesheets even when I am overwhelmed. Creating quotes in it is easy too and the dashboards give me a clear picture of where my team and I are over or under investing time, plus useful KPIs like win rate and invoiced to quoted ratios. My colleagues pick it up quickly and it's easy to tailor to each person's role making it flexible enough to act as our team's one-stop solution. After using other finance and time-tracking tools, I genuinely think it is the best I've come across. The quote builder is intuitive and makes it easy to draft, tweak and close deals.

Cons

The customer support is not always as helpful or prompt as I'd expect but that has not been a big issue for me because the product itself works extremely well and I rarely need to reach out for help.

Poor support

Pros

This tool is very powerful giving me deep visibility not just into individual projects but more importantly into overall agency-level performance.

Cons

To be frank I have found their customer service to be absolutely poor. They essentially expect you to pay extra for any real support which is frustrating given that the tool is already pricier than many comparable platforms such as Productive.io, Bonsai and Workamajig so I assumed the support would be better. But it is not. I attempted twice to arrange a call with a Product Manager and both meetings were cancelled. When I reached out to support after that they went silent on me despite my follow-ups, leaving me feeling ignored and stranded.

customizable automations with strong tracking

Pros

What I like is that it lets me customize and automate workflows and the strong real-time tracking and reporting tools boost efficiency and help me make better decisions. Plus it is developed right in my home country.

Cons

It is quite pricey to buy. Learning to use the platform well can demand a lot of time and effort, particularly if you are not used to full-featured business management systems.

complicated interface, time tracking is not good too

Pros

It is useful for setting up job structures and I believe it can really help a small agency start project workflows and manage finances from the beginning.

Cons

The interface is unnecessarily complicated and confusing. As it is a struggle to find specific jobs and time tracking feels like it was an afterthought. Unless I am just logging hours for a single project I am actively working on trying to put together a full weekly timesheet is difficult.

Amazing Team

Pros

Scoro is good, user-friendly software with a great team. The team has been really professional, extremely helpful in every manner, and has always been a problem solver rather than a roadblock for us. Scoro deserves 10/10 on customer service.

Cons

There are a few glitches that need to be sorted out with Scoro, other than that its working fine for us.

Pros

The onboarding process and assistance offered since weve started using Scoro has been fantastic. The team is also high cooperative and efficient.

Cons

We like it!

Pros

Our data and status monitoring have improved since we switched to Scoro, and each team member may now personalize their own interface.

Cons

I dont like the inability to split quotation lines. Also, we have a number of clients for whom we provide a single quotation, but the lines are finished over time.

Great Tool for project management!

Pros

Scoro makes project management simple. At the same time, I like that I can keep an eye on the general state of the firm. Scoro is also simple to operate. It was quite simple to integrate into our existing business model as well.

Cons

Scoro does not have any negative aspects.

Great Functionality and Performance

Pros

Scoros strongest feature is its attention to detail. Smart e-mail is a fantastic feature that keeps crucial information out of the business mailbox. I also like that you can attach the e-mails to specific projects so you have all of the projects key pieces in one place.

Cons

The major issue right now is that there are no line numbers in the proposal, and there is no rapid answer for this price according to potential clients.

WE LOVE SCORO!

Pros

It is, in my opinion, excellent value for money. I like that Scoro can simply keep track of projects and make notes about them, as well as alter budgets, add tasks, payments, and invoices to projects. We highly suggest this product.

Cons

The software is difficult to grasp, particularly when incorporating it into a corporation for the first time.
