Pros

For me, ShareSuite is the ultimate business solution for boosting collaboration, productivity, and efficiency. It provides a secure and easy-to-use platform to share documents, collaborate on projects and tasks, and communicate with my teams and clients. I find ShareSuite to be a great way to streamline my business processes and improve communication and collaboration.

Cons

Powerful tool with extensive functions

Pros

With ShareSuite, I can map and support all our processes. From quotations to project management to invoicing, I can implement everything. I received very good direct support, and the ShareSuite team also assisted me with the setup.

Cons

At the moment, I can't think of anything; my team works well with the tool.

Central document storage of our real estate project

Pros

I use ShareSuite as a central repository for our project-relevant documents for a large real estate project. The central storage system has completely eliminated the need for e-mail exchanges between all the different companies. Through the e-mail notifications, I immediately receive information about new versions of documents.

Cons

Setting up permissions is somewhat challenging for me because the process is not entirely intuitive, making it difficult to navigate and understand without additional guidance or instructions.

Tidy, practical, adaptable, user-oriented

Pros

Well-thought-out linking of functions, intuitive operation, and clear design are few among many features I like. It covers the complete workflow for association work, enables efficient cross-departmental collaboration, and creates transparency about defined roles and areas of responsibility.

Cons

I would love an extension to a customizable template pool from general project management, such as business cases, project descriptions, reports, etc.

Very good solution

Pros

The ShareSuite team helped me quickly and easily in my search for a cloud-based solution for our project management. Due to my deeper interest, I was given a test access to the full version and was able to evaluate it over several weeks to see if it suited us. An employee accompanied me during the test phase and addressed the problems we had in the company. Unfortunately, we didn't proceed due to internal requirements. However, based on my experience, I can recommend anyone looking for a good collaboration tool for their team to talk to ShareSuite. The program offers every conceivable function (tasks, Gantt charts, projects, activity recording). I found that the company also has other building blocks up its sleeve, so it's worth asking. Especially for companies that have resource planning and project accounting on their agenda.

Cons

I liked everything and didn't find any disadvantages for myself.

Support for working with sharesuite in the first few months

Pros

A huge advantage for me is the possibility to test the ShareSuite software with a test account. During this time, support is already available. I was able to test in peace, get all my questions answered, and the software was presented online, exemplary. After I decided to proceed, further questions arose, and there was a prompt response, followed by another online meeting, also exemplary. Due to this test phase and support, I was able to integrate ShareSuite into the company quite quickly. ShareSuite saves me time after the data import, which works very well. By leveraging tasks and projects, I gain better visibility and eliminate the back-and-forth of emails. The information is well-linked, and the integration of documents is well done.

Cons

I like the iOS app the least. In my view, there are some issues that need to be worked through. What I also don't like is that entered links aren't clickable and phone numbers aren't clickable, so the CAPI of the PBX can be used.

Very good support in the business process

Pros

I particularly like the individual support I receive. I am taken seriously with my issues, and that is important to me.

Cons

Great tool for our tasks, documents and workflows

Pros

I primarily use the tasks, documents, and workflows of ShareSuite and am very satisfied with them! Tasks can be easily distributed to people or teams and monitored. The entire communication can ultimately take place via this and remains comprehensible for everyone. In addition, the direct combination with file storage, which also integrates well into the tasks, is a great solution. For example, I can upload files directly to a task or simply link existing ones from the file repository. Even new versions are then integrated directly into the task. All approval processes also run via their own defined workflows and can therefore be processed much faster than before.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is no automation in the workflows for certain topics, such as automatically sending an email. I find that they are not yet integrated into tasks.

Super Collaboration Tool

Pros

The entire collaboration across tasks and projects runs via ShareSuite for me. There is really nothing left to be desired here. The team folders are a great concept for the documents and make it easier to share access to the files. Due to the appealing color representation of the folders in the team colors, the access rights are always clarified directly. For a few months now, I have also been using the CRM more and more, which is a very good help in daily work.

Cons

I think the messenger in the iOS app could be a little better with notifications.

Super features that make day-to-day business much easier.

Pros

The daily flood of e-mails decreases for me, as I can create tasks directly for many to-dos, and questions can finally be asked there for everyone to see. This saves the eternal back-and-forth. This helps me a lot, especially with tasks and discussions with several colleagues , especially when not everyone is in the office.

Cons

Unfortunately, I've found it is only available in a few languages so far.
