It's an easy and free way to plan projects. Furthermore, I can access real-time information and track the schedule and activities. I use this tool because it's intuitive, easy to use and allows collaborative sharing and editing of information with teams.

Cons

If you are accustomed to working with Microsoft Project, you may not find all these functionalities here.

Opening my work on Excel for instance is not possible which results in wasted time.

It offers three convenient views and management options: Kanban, Critical Path Method and Gantt. The interface is very intuitive. The "Test Mode" is highly useful allowing you to preview changes before applying them. The chat support is responsive and helpful. Additionally, there's a virtual coach who provides advice for enhancing planning.

Cons

The mobile app is a significantly stripped down version in terms of functions and options. The communication panel experiences occasional delays.

Pros

I love the Gantt and CPM views! I also like that tasks can be divided into sub tasks and the chat function which keeps project discussions and activities within the same app, eliminating the need for flooded emails or relying on external messaging apps like WhatsApp.

Cons

It is a bit pricey for students. A student discount would be greatly appreciated. I haven't encountered any other negative aspects so far.

I am quite impressed by the timeline management feature which allows me to create a Gantt chart within minutes. It is also great that I can link tasks directly to the Gantt chart.

Cons

The zoom options in Gantt charts are not customizable such as the ability to view weeks or months. This would be a valuable improvement for the future.

It's easy to manage and intuitive. Anyone can learn to use it within 10 minutes. The web app is always available for your convenience.

Cons

Currently, activities cannot be duplicated. However, exporting to Excel and obtaining a Gantt graphic is not overly bothersome.

When multiple people are working on a project, real time updates are not visible. Additionally, I wish there was one more level of zoom in the timeline view.
