As I am in the field of environmental consulting, I require multiple specialists for various projects who are not physically present in the office. With Sinnaps I can provide detailed input, express my opinion and oversee everything in real time. The best part is that I can track the budget for each project and the overall office development.

Cons

In the start the Gantt view can be a bit confusing until you become accustomed to focusing on the larger tasks only. The color scheme of the bars could be enhanced as well.

I really like the interdependence I can establish between projects and it's great that I can use the free version without any cost. I am very happy because I used to rely on Excel, but making changes without interdependencies was time consuming. I have used Trello before but I prefer the Gantt charts available here compared to what Trello offers.

Hmm let me think! I didn't like that even though I assigned 2 days to one activity and 3 days to another, it assumes I can complete both in 3 days. I can resolve it by using dependencies but I would prefer if it didn't overlap those activities for the same person. Maybe I haven't fully understood the software yet.
