“Simple task management with Starta
Pros
There are numerous advantages of using this software. It allows for implementing restrictions, encryption and customization according to specific requirements. It adapts to the needs of different divisions within the company and provides room for growth. The customer service is exceptional, with prompt responses to calls and emails, and immediate resolution of any issues.
Cons
Upgrades may cause accessibility and observing difficulties, but they are usually promptly resolved. Unfortunately, we often cannot provide creditors with a Starta connection due to the control system's failure to meet the bank's security regulations.

It's manageable in a way that aligns with all divisions' perspectives and desires and evolves with the company. Their customer service is exceptional, they promptly respond to calls and emails, swiftly resolving any issues.
Cons
Upgrades sometimes lead to accessibility and viewing challenges. Thankfully, these are typically addressed promptly. However, in many instances, we are unable to grant creditors access to Starta due to system configurations not meeting the bank's security requirements.

“Starta is easy to access and use and has great features we love!
Pros
I absolutely love Starta for its user-friendly interface, especially for newcomers like me. Navigating through the site is simple, even without much guidance. It's not just me; everyone, both within and outside our organization, praises its accessibility and document retrieval ease. The daily email alerts for new uploads are a lifesaver, and the option to upload large files, which are otherwise a headache to email, is fantastic! Whenever I need assistance, their customer service is quick, friendly, and always there for me.
Cons
Sometimes, when we run updates, it causes access issues, but thankfully, they're usually fixed quickly. We often collaborate with lenders, and they often can't access Starta due to a system configuration issue not meeting the bank's security standards.

“It is easy to file documents in the filing system.
Pros
Starta is a piece of cake to use. I can effortlessly rename files and create new ones or subfolders. Plus, filing multiple documents simultaneously is a definite bonus.
Cons
When we receive a disc at project completion, finding documents becomes quite challenging. They are not organized like they were in the Starta files.

“Starta offers a simple project management application that is 100% customizable for your business.
Pros
First and foremost, Starta wins me over with its simplicity. Finding files, documents, or photos is very simple, thanks to its intuitive and organized layout. The customizable cabinet structure ensures I can locate what I need as soon as I log in. Another standout feature is its ability to grant different access levels which makes sharing among colleagues very easy. Compared to similar software I've tried, Starta is hands down the best way to organize, share, and retrieve information in my business.
Cons
Since Starta is still in development, it's not yet easily integrable into other systems for automatic data retrieval. For instance, it can't pull data from Peoplesoft, so there is a time investment in gathering and importing initial data into Starta.

There are numerous pros to Starta: the control options, security measures, and the flexibility to tailor functions to my specific needs are just a few. It is scalable, growing with my company, and adaptable to meet the requirements of all departments. Their support is unparalleled; they respond promptly to calls and emails, addressing any issues immediately.
Cons
Our company deals with a high volume of files to store, which has slowed down the system's file access speed. However, there's no delay when accessing other features. The Starta support team is actively working on improving file access speed, and I anticipate this issue to be resolved soon.

Pros
The software's logic is impeccable. It's easy to keep track of my location within the system, and navigating between different areas is very handy. I also appreciate the quick preview feature within folders.
Cons
The property interface has a somewhat outdated aesthetic. While this might be more of a personal preference than a functional issue, it could affect the impressions of new or potential customers.
