Although it lacks a client portal, we are planning to build our own using its API. We've also created our own dashboard using the API to track team time, holidays, and efficiencies due to the lack of reporting features.

From a project management standpoint, planning, quoting, invoicing, and integration with Xero are seamless, while reporting is intuitive.
