Pros
When searching for a software program, our primary goal was to find one that could create a personalized user experience within a fully branded portal. SuiteDash exceeded our expectations in this regard! However, that was just the beginning. Once we set it up for our initial workflows as per our need, we discovered even more that there are more options available within the software. For client interactions, we now regularly use SuiteDash for eSigning documents, secure file exchange (both transfers and requests), and secure messaging. Internally, we have automated our onboarding process to populate the CRM and also utilize the project management functionality. Our next step is to transition our dedicated marketing platform to SuiteDash, integrating their email marketing, sales funnels, and ultimately the invoice/billing functionality. We are excited to update our progress and share our experience after fully utilizing SuiteDash's potential.
Cons
To fully utilize this highly robust software, there is a learning curve involved. However, there are ample comprehensive resources available that guide you through each step, along with an active community, responsive support staff, and additional third-party resources dedicated to helping you set everything up perfectly. I would suggest starting with the most important workflows, using the software, and gradually expanding from there.
