“reliable asset sharing platform

Pros

We use this to share product assets with our retailers and it has worked really well for that. The platform is fairly easy to use and there are plenty of different modules you can add to your account as needed. Since going live, we haven't run into any problems.

Cons

Only downside is the cost, since it's a little expensive but that seems pretty typical for this type of software.

“Misleading claims and no refund

Pros

This has been the worst company I've ever dealt with. During the sales process, they misrepresented the number of vendors that supposedly matched and were already using the platform. After that, they refused to refund our payment. It's not worth wasting your time or money on.

Cons

They were dishonest and inflated the vendor match results for our vendor list.

Pros

It gives suppliers a way to send the products stores need for orders and helps new items get placed on shelves. I like that it makes it easier to introduce innovative brands.

Cons

A downside is that some products vendors want to deliver and stores would like to receive, still aren't available.

Pros

One of the best parts is the filtering. It makes it really simple to quickly locate the item I need when I'm doing maintenance tasks.

Cons

Only issue that comes to mind is the workflow after making edits or updates. You can save your changes but the next step isn't very obvious. The "publish" link is small and kind of tucked away in the lower-right corner, so it's easy to miss. It would make more sense as a colored button so the process feels more simple.

Pros

Keeping all product information in one place has been really helpful. The platform lets me export and import product upload sheets which makes it much faster to complete the details needed before publishing. Customer support is also fairly responsive and that has been a nice plus.

Cons

There are a few drawbacks and it feels like the platform is still relatively new and working through some issues. First, product image uploads often get mixed up because they go straight to the default channel. Second, products sometimes get duplicated when publishing to multiple recipients. Third, when a product is not published and gets marked as "needs review," the feedback provided is not clear enough.

Pros

Searching for item records is really easy for me and the way results load and display feels very fluid.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a more noticeable indicator when a filter is active, so it's clearer when I need to remove it.

Pros

It is perfect to be able to build content for a SKU and distribute it across different retailer websites. I really like that it is the biggest advantage of Webcollage's solution.

Cons

At times, the platform runs slowly and when I'm updating a batch of SKUs, the process can become pretty tough and take a lot of time.

“detailed error checks save time

Pros

Whenever the values entered contain mistakes, the system immediately shows error messages with clear details about exactly what needs to be fixed. That saves us a lot of time.

Cons

To search multiple part numbers, you first have to go through the search filters which adds an extra step for teams like ours that regularly deal with large volumes of products. It would be much more helpful if we could choose and save our own default search option.
