“Excellent product for your Higher Education Help Desk or Enterprise Service Mgmt
Pros
The setup process of this product was hassle free, and I like the guidance provided throughout. An implementation specialist was assigned to me and conducted regular meetings to assist me. Once set up, reporting became easy, and the incident management process was solid and logical. The product's response time is impressive, and configuring the knowledge base was not an issue too. Additionally, it can be tailored to accommodate special business process flows if necessary.
Cons
Personally, I can't think of anything that we truly dislike about the product. It would be clearer if the Knowledgebase and Services Catalog were merged, as that confuses some of our users.
