“Great and simple”
Pros
Setting up the software is very easy. I had my first charts online within minutes.
Cons
Customizing default resource rates is necessary because setting them up "per project" requires repetitive manual work.

“Feedback about Tempo Cost Tracker”
Pros
The integration with Jira is quite complete. Also it is very helpful that we can directly book time on support tickets and then utilize the cost tracker to assess project profitability.
Cons
Sometimes, I don't have complete trust in this software. The issue is that when I create a project and add a new ticket, I have to manually open the project in the cost tracker to view the current status. It would be very helpful if this process could happen automatically in the background.

“Very simple to use”
Pros
The installation and configuration are simple. The charts are easy to read and understand.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have additional functions such as managing P&L for support contracts, notifications when exceeding specific amounts, tracking non-billable hours in contracts versus billable/revenue hours, and more comprehensive reporting.

“The final piece of the puzzle”
Pros
We rely on the Cost Tracker to measure and more importantly visualize our profitability. We experimented with several tools but none integrated as seamlessly into the Atlassian ecosystem as Tempo. Also It is fantastic to have a birds eye view of our costs across multiple projects and programs and to differentiate between cost rates and billable rates.
Cons
As an early release I hope that the full range of features from Tempo Budgets gradually makes its way to the Cloud version, while ensuring that Cost Tracker continues to evolve with a user-friendly interface that benefits both savvy users and non-technical stakeholders and sponsors.

“Complete feature set, a bit difficult to use at the beginning”
Pros
We are highly satisfied with the plugin as it meets all our needs. The reporting is excellent and helps us keep track of project costs.
Cons
Configuring the tool is not very intuitive. However the detailed documentation is helpful, but it would be beneficial if the tool itself were more intuitive or provided more on screen information on how to configure it.

“Easy time tracking, budgeting features with many advanced options”
Pros
Tempo was the only solution that met our fairly unique requirements without requiring any custom coding or development. It is very well fitted with Jira integration, robust reporting and analysis capabilities that we are still exploring, and day to day usage is straightforward for the entire team.
Cons
The only challenging part was migrating from Jira Server to Jira Cloud, but we successfully transferred the server data to the cloud as expected.

“Pretty good”
Pros
I haven't dived too deeply into the operations yet but the early signs indicate that it will work well.
Cons
I will prefer to have a option of ensuring compatibility with other plugins and processes we have in place to maximize the utilization of our data.

“Cost Tracker Review”
Pros
Having the ability to assign costs for both resources and billing rates is something I like the most.
Cons
The things I did not like is the inability to apply multiple filters to one cost tracker setup to obtain a complete picture. Additionally, manually grouping issues within a cost tracker and the inability to track overall budget and projected costs while reporting on both are limitations. For example, I would like to set up a cost tracker where the budget/revenue is $100K and the expected cost is $40K. I want to see how much of the overall revenue amount is consumed at my bill rate and also track the consumption of my targeted cost. Furthermore, I would like to share information from the cost tracker without granting admin rights to individuals who don't need to see specific resource names and HR details like hourly costs.

The ease of use, pricing, integration with Jira and other systems and the ability to export data are all factors that we appreciate.
