“simple lists that actually stick”

Pros

Out of all the tools I tried, Vikunja, Trello, Apple Notes, Google Docs with checkboxes, Notion, Todoist and Apple Reminders, this is the one I've actually continued using. The simplicity is a huge part of that. I can keep tasks in separate lists when I want to stay focused on one area and then pull everything together when I need to prioritize across all parts of my work. That flexibility is one of the biggest benefits for me and I haven't come across another service that makes it this practical to use.

Cons

One thing I've been wanting more of is AI support to help speed up task organization and prioritization. It looks like AI features are being added now so this could get better over time but I'm still waiting to see how useful those additions really are.

Pros

Using it on both desktop and the mobile app feels really convenient. It's excellent for getting thoughts down quickly, keeping track of progress and working with a team. I also really appreciate the different ways tasks can be viewed and organized.

Cons

Team tag notifications don't always come through reliably which can be frustrating. I'd also love to see an Apple home screen widget for tracking.

Pros

I tried it for a while and then ended up uninstalling it because I didn't find the kind of features that would have made me switch away from Todoist.

Cons

On mobile, it's easy to use, with smart reminders, a built-in calendar and integration with Google Calendar.

Pros

Right from the start, the app is built in a way that really helps users define tasks clearly and keep track of their progress toward completing them. I'm on the pro plan now although the free version is definitely worth trying out too.

Cons

Overall, it's a great task management app that offers really useful options for setting good goals and actually following through to achieve them.

Pros

Even without a subscription, the free version is really good and still very usable without any major limitations. The widget is probably the biggest advantage for me because it keeps the most important things right on the home screen and I can even check items off directly from the widget.

Cons

More specialized features, like Notion integration and advanced calendar management, aren't available in the free version.

“Tools that keep me on track”

Pros

Between personal organization and business admin tasks on my iPhone, this has become something I genuinely love using. The layout is clean, it's simple to navigate and it comes with a wide range of built-in tools that really help with decision-making, like the Eisenhower matrix, staying focused with the pomodoro timer and stopwatch and remembering things through scheduling, alarms and similar features.

Cons

This is a pretty minor complaint but I do wish it let me change every single color. A few headings were locked into their default primary colors and I had to leave those as-is. I'm a bit particular about customization like that though and aside from that, I was still able to adjust most of the colors to match my preferences. ,)

Pros

Sorting and organizing tasks is really simple. The productivity tools especially the Pomodoro timer and the importance-urgency matrix, are very useful for staying productive and getting work done efficiently.

Cons

I'd be happy if the task order synced across all devices as well.

“Handy widget and smart date recognition”

Pros

Getting started is quick and deleting entries is just as convenient. The automatic date and time detection is particularly helpful and saves time. I also really appreciate the weekly mobile widget since it lets me check my schedule to a certain extent without even opening the app which is very convenient.

Cons

This isn't a serious issue but every now and then it incorrectly reads Korean text as a date.

“clean planner with smart prioritizing”

Pros

Out of all the to-do apps I've tried, this one has been the best for me. The interface is clean and simple to move around in which makes daily use really pleasant. The Calendar View is especially useful when I'm planning my week and want to see deadlines quickly at a glance. I also really appreciate the Eisenhower Matrix feature because it helps me sort out priorities and focus on the right tasks.

Cons

I'm happy with it but syncing between devices still has some room for improvement.

Pros

Keeping up with daily tasks has become a lot more enjoyable with this because it gives me an organized way to set reminders and not forget what I need to do. I also really appreciate being able to group events since it helps everyone involved remember what we all have pending. It's been especially useful for me because I tend to forget a lot of everyday responsibilities and when too many things pile up, my memory just doesn't keep up. With this, remembering everything is much more manageable.

Cons

My experience with it has been very pleasant and honestly I don't have anything negative to say. It has never given me a reason to feel disappointed or frustrated.

It's nice being able to customize things to fit exactly what you need.

Having to sign in again every time the page refreshes is frustrating.

Right from the free version, it already gives you pretty much everything you need. The app is simple to use and always delivers exactly what it promises. It has definitely made a big difference in my life.

I can't really think of any downsides. Even the premium version is priced very affordably.

Simplicity and timer feature made this really enjoyable to use. The free version lasts a long time which feels very generous and the price is quite low as well. That combination makes it a really appealing option.

Using it has really helped me stay on top of my time and responsibilities. I can organize my work tasks, my studies and even my personal plans much better and the accurate reminders plus the priorities I set keep everything clear and under control.

Date-setting part especially when using specific words or expressions in the task name, still isn't completely accurate.
