Different versions of Timelog exhibited varying performance. Over the 13 years of use some functionalities in older versions were subpar but the latest version seems satisfactory. Certain features cater only to Scandinavian customers but we usually find workarounds.

The upgrade process was not smooth and retrieving data was challenging. The system is highly manual lacking features like exporting to Excel (weekly timesheet status) and automatic messages for approvers. Limited functions for sending automatic reminders and obtaining employee information manually. TimeLog encountered issues in Internet Explorer without notice. Registering zero hours via mobile is not possible. Challenges include yellow bans popping up when not registering a full week and difficulty in obtaining overview without navigating back and forth in weeks.
