I appreciate the affordable initial pricing that we had when we first subscribed several years ago. The customer support has always been responsive and efficient offering quick assistance.

The entrylevel subscription has an unusual restriction it allows only one currency. This limitation can be inconvenient for businesses dealing with multiple currencies or international operations.

Different versions of Timelog exhibited varying performance. Over the 13 years of use some functionalities in older versions were subpar but the latest version seems satisfactory. Certain features cater only to Scandinavian customers but we usually find workarounds.

Limited functions for sending automatic reminders and obtaining employee information manually. TimeLog encountered issues in Internet Explorer without notice. Registering zero hours via mobile is not possible. Challenges include yellow bans popping up when not registering a full week and difficulty in obtaining overview without navigating back and forth in weeks.
