Pros

Integration with other programs was not at all problematic, and the standout feature is definitely the app. With the app we can accomplish more work in less time, all while enjoying a stress free environment without constant phone interruptions.

Cons

I have noticed some red flags such as when requesting all hours or invoicing for a specific period, it does not work as it should. The system doesn't provide a warning if there are any days or individuals outside of the requested timeframe. It merely provides what you ask for without any additional prompts. However we have managed to address this issue with a simple manual procedures.
