“way too easy to setup”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how well it adapts to a company's needs thanks to the depth of its configuration which is pretty rare for a true PPM tool. Also it makes business project portfolio management very easy and adding high-value dashboards is simple, whether for steering indicators, cost tracking or other key metrics.
Cons
A few default views are still missing so in some cases you have to rely on report generation to get the information you need.

“Customizable platform with real partnership”
Pros
Triskell is fully customizable so each customer can really adapt it to their own way of working. Users are also part of the Triskell community which means they can contribute ideas and suggest product improvements. There are several releases every year and those updates benefit everyone. Another strong point is the number of native features already included. Like you can activate many of them without paying extra since they are part of the solution from the start. The biggest advantage though, is the customer relationship: the team listens, brings useful recommendations and responds quickly when issues come up. It genuinely feels more like a partnership than a typical vendor-client relationship.
Cons
Because the platform is extremely configurable, administrators need the best technical skills to get the most out of it. You also have to understand the logic and structure well in order to fully use its capabilities. The reporting side requires SQL knowledge if you want to be independent in managing your own solution. It's definitely important to plan for the available training sessions so you can feel comfortable using and administering the platform.

“Portfolio management that delivers”
Pros
It works well as a portfolio management tool and really helps share project governance at the center of the Business and IT relationship. Rolling out several features, such as time tracking, project status and the master plan was not very complicated too. Also the teams provided the best support for change management and the solution itself is quite adaptable.
Cons
It is not possible to implement dynamic dropdown or selection lists.

“offers the best support”
Pros
Triskell is very user friendly from an end-user standpoint and the full customization gives administrators the flexibility to make updates whenever needed. We're able to gather input from users and adjust things based on their feedback which has really helped improve collaboration and lets us keep our instances updated as requirements change. Another big plus has been the Triskell team throughout several implementations. They really took the time to understand our day to day reality and specific needs, shared useful best-practice guidance and consistently delivered a final product that matched what we were looking for.
Cons
One issue we still run into is that navigation between pages can be a little confusing at times. Users will click the back arrow expecting to return to a certain place but it does not always take them where they thought it would.

Pros
Well it fully meets our expectations and fits our needs very well especially because of its flexibility which allows highly customized configuration. Overall it is a user-friendly tool that we rely on every day to make project tracking much easier.
Cons
Using the administrator role requires real knowledge and skills so it is definitely best to take the training courses offered.

“custom fit and responsive support”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how much it can be customized to match specific needs. Pulling data out for reporting is also very easy and the support team is quick to respond and genuinely effective when help is needed.
Cons
It is not an out of the box solution. You need to have a clear idea of what you want and then the platform adapts to that. It is not necessarily a downside but it is still something worth pointing out.

“Fits our processes perfectly”
Pros
Getting it up and running was quick and it can evolve without much trouble as our needs change. What really matters is how well it matches the way our company works as the software adapts to our processes instead of forcing us to adapt to it.
Cons
The setup can be quite complex because almost everything is configurable which means the solution has to be designed carefully and handled in a very methodical way. There are also occasional slowdowns and the administration side requires a fairly solid technical skill level.

“the best portfolio controls”
Pros
Using Triskell has helped us keep our project portfolio and calendar organized and it also makes sure every project goes through the internal enhancement request approval process we need.
Cons
At timesit seems a little complex and the interface isn't especially clean. It also has room for improvement when it comes to integrations with other tools, particularly CRM software.

“pretty budget friendly tool”
Pros
We can configure it to match our needs instead of having to adapt our process around the tool. And the fact that it's SaaS is another advantage and the per-user pricing is reasonable enough to make it a good value.
Cons
The earlier versions were lacking a bit when it came to performance. The timesheet section could also use some improvement especially around notifications.

“simple setup and reliable support”
Pros
It is pretty user friendly and the platform is very flexible to work with. Also data is consistently saved which gives a lot of peace of mind. The support team has also been excellent. Plus being able to use different objects and connect them with roles opens up a broad range of solutions for the company.
Cons
There are still some problems with more complex Gantt charts which can sometimes lead to crashes. The SQL reporting area also has room for improvement.

“agile tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Triskell is very flexible and well suited to the way we work. Its Agile implementation is really well done and compared with other tools I've used, this one feels more user-friendly. We have been using it for tracking time, tasks, costs and resources and it also works well as a CRM.
Cons
Because it comes with so many features, the setup and configuration can get a bit complex at times. That said the customer support is strong and has been helpful whenever needed.
