Pros

Utrakk makes it easy to track actions and record breakages, showing how long repairs or replacements take. So it is much clearer for everyone in our team now to follow and stay on top of things.

Cons

I do not have any issues but you need to take the time to get familiar with the system.

It is very easy to use, quite simple and comes with plenty of useful built in tools. Overall I would say it is a good tool.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful to create dividers for meetings based on the meeting agenda.

Easy to use and built to perform

Pros

Utrakk is a user friendly tool that is easy to access and use. Tracking and configuring are simple for everyone. Plus it integrates with Outlook to update calendars, generates shift reports for the right people and makes team communication smoother. The action tracking tool is easy to use and lets us extract data. Also there are plenty of helpful training resources and responses to questions are quick. I would say with the right setup it is easy to share necessary information with collaborators improving communication and boosting performance.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that some of the information in certain dashboards is occasionally incorrect.

Pros

The checklists for tracking meetings and supervision rounds are really helpful and effective. Overall they make staying organized and on top of tasks much easier for us.

Cons
