Utrakk is a user friendly tool that is easy to access and use. Tracking and configuring are simple for everyone. Plus it integrates with Outlook to update calendars, generates shift reports for the right people and makes team communication smoother. The action tracking tool is easy to use and lets us extract data. Also there are plenty of helpful training resources and responses to questions are quick. I would say with the right setup it is easy to share necessary information with collaborators improving communication and boosting performance.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that some of the information in certain dashboards is occasionally incorrect.
