“Very good tool for small Orgs”
Pros
The navigation system and categorization are excellent. I like the auto-save feature which eliminates the need to manually save everything. Additionally, the SSO feature makes it convenient to log in using my SSO provider.
Cons
The UI/UX is quite poor. They really need to work on it. Some scrum concepts are outdated and should be upgraded to cater to a larger user base. The response time is slow and the process can be confusing at times.

“Worst agile project management tool”
Pros
The tool offers a wide range of features that are beneficial for managing larger projects.
Cons
VersionOne has a very complex and non-intuitive user interface, which adds to the workload for project managers, product owners and team members. It becomes very challenging to maintain an overview of the project status and product backlog. Unlike Jira/Confluence, it doesn't allow for professional descriptions of requirements, technical architectures, and tests.

“End to end software development project control”
Pros
VersionOne was the first software my development team used, and it fulfilled most of our needs for streamlined software development using agile techniques like scrum and kanban. Planning and managing sprints, defining epics, stories, tasks and bugs was incredibly easy. It also allowed us to visualize burnout and identify deviations from the plan early on.
Cons
The interface occasionally experiences slowness, and performing mass updates of artifacts is not user-friendly.

“Chock full of features, but it can be overwhelming.”
Pros
There are numerous features and tools available to assist in an agile environment. Creating and maintaining stories is simple, and the Kanban board and team member navigation are clear and effective.
Cons
There are numerous features and navigation options, leading our Scrum Masters to use the tool differently and have disagreements on its usage. Certain actions, like time tracking, require navigating to different areas of the tool. The URL becomes inactive after a few hours. We have encountered slowdowns and hang-ups, suggesting high resource consumption.

“Best Agile Management tool”
Pros
This is the best tool for managing sprint backlogs and issue trackers. VersionOne is specifically designed to support agile and lean software delivery processes. The dashboard option is exceptional.

“Great for Agile Development”
Pros
I like that VersionOne offers so many configurable options for each story, making it easy to track data from sprint to sprint. It works well in a large company where different teams can have their own rooms and track progress on boards.
Cons
The tool can be buggy, and the server occasionally goes down. Accessing different fields on stories is not the best and the saving feature is inconsistent, leading to frustration.

“VersionOne review”
Pros
It's a reliable industry-standard software for managing Agile/Scrum and DevOps projects. It's particularly useful when describing defects, epics, stories or features, each with different estimations and levels of severity.
Cons
Occasionally, it causes a lot of confusion when it is necessary to edit/update an established Epic description for a project. However, it seems this issue can be resolved with proper access permissions.

“Best in class for small to midsize MSP's!”
Pros
The ability to customize the services to meet customer needs and receive back-office support for projects of all scales is commendable.
Cons
The user interface can be problematic to locate or navigate. A better menu system and clearer explanations for tabs and options would greatly aid in finding desired functions.

“Good Agile Project Management”
Pros
This tool includes integrated Business Intelligence reports and provides online tutorials for support. It can be linked with different scrum methodologies like kanban, and there is even a provision for risk management and mitigation.
Cons
The applications UI should be improved to enhance user-friendliness. It tends to perform slowly when logged in on different systems using the same UserID. The pricing of the tool is slightly high.

“VersionOne Agile Management”
Pros
In my experience, VersionOne is one of the most comprehensive and innovative platforms for agile solutions. The integration between different teams involved in the software lifecycle is a standout feature. The ability to connect teams and processes ensures fast and efficient product/software delivery, all within the same tool. One notable characteristic is the possibility of interacting with other teams, sharing ideas, stories, or concerns, as well as tracking tasks, stories, and test cases, and even design.
Cons
VersionOne has a wide range of features that make it a robust and comprehensive tool. However, the same abundance of features can be overwhelming during implementation and configuration. It requires time and training to fully leverage its capabilities. While the constant updates are commendable, they can sometimes hinder efficiency when users are accustomed to certain functions and need to complete actions quickly.

“Looks nice, however time will be wasted”
Pros
This web tool has a sleek and attractive appearance, and it's incredibly fast when handling items. However, that is about all the pros I can mention. Perhaps if there was a week-long training available, it would make using this software more manageable.
Cons
This software is not user-friendly. The menus appear and disappear, resulting in wasted time trying to use it effectively. Sometimes, pen and paper would be more efficient for planning roles.
