The ease of implementation for our users is fantastic. It's also easy for administrators and managers to oversee the productivity of team members. It has become a vital part of our HR team for processing payroll for remote team members.
Cons
It would be nice if there was a plug or integration with CRM systems like Freshworks and Salesforce, which are used for phone calls. This way, the WebWork Tracker can track when calls are taking place and identify periods of no typing.

The leave management feature is excellent because we no longer have to fill out Google Forms for leave applications. It is very beneficial for me and my team.
Cons
Please improve the software because sometimes the web time tracker automatically terminates the session. Sometimes it fails to capture screenshots before installing certain libraries (in Ubuntu). It also occasionally terminates the tracker between the instantiation of any type of command/software.
