I'm a big fan of Webwork and have been using it for over a year now. It has been very helpful in managing my virtual assistant business. I can effectively monitor my VAs even though they are located in different parts of the world.
Cons
Sometimes it stops automatically, and it is slow. Also it is not compatible with Mac, and it is also difficult to record the time in and out.
