Guys at WorkComposer deliver an impressive amount of features for a fraction of the price to other solutions.

Cons

They could add some sort of a notification when the tracking stops due to no activity.

It has everything I needed such as task tracking, time tracking and I can see daily reports. Best of all, everything I need for my work as an administrator and a user is available in one place.

Running on Linux is not as smooth as other platforms.

Used the free trial at the start and found it to be exactly the right thing I was looking for. Task tracking option is directly available in the app.

Speed is laggy and sometimes become an issue for me.

We had to shift to work from home like many other during COVID19 and came across Workcomposer. It has excellent time tracking and break monitoring is a real value for money.

Not all our employees have the latest systems at home and workcomposer lacks legacy support.

I have not found any fault regarding this software . It consistently delivers on its promises.

I like the ability to track each employees time based on projects, clients, tasks and more. Also I like the fact that i know every website my staff visits. As it allows me to ensure a balance between client work and personal web surfing. As my work involves online research it can be tempting for my team to get sidetracked. Being able to address any issues early on, before they impact project schedules or quality, is invaluable. And all of this comes at a fantastic monthly price of $2.99!

Cons

It gives me a sense of Big Brother as I continuously watching over my staff. However, instead of constantly monitoring their computer usage I prefer to do it randomly using the convenient Auto Screenshot feature. A feature that capture their activities at various times. I come to a conclusion that this feature discourages personal web surfing during work hours.

I must point out the exceptional customer service during the COVID-19 situation. The software offers time tracking, break monitoring and user friendly customization. It provides great value for the money.

The only thing lacking is support for legacy systems as not all remote users have the latest computers.

I have been using this software for a while now and I find the offline time tracking aspect to be the most impressive. Overall I had no trouble getting the hang of it quickly, and I'm enjoying the experience.
