Cons

It is a user-friendly and simple tool thats easy to get the hang of. One of the most useful features is the reporting which lets us do quick and simple analysis. Plus having all our work management centralized in one place has also helped us save time and improve team communication.
Cons
There is not anything I dislike. Whenever we faced any challenges using the platform, the team was immediately available to provide support and assist us.

What I like about Workdeck is the wide range of tools available on the platform. I can manage multiple teams and tasks without ever leaving the site. Plus the ability to work from anywhere at any time is a major advantage.
Cons
I am not a fan of the user interface. As it often takes a while for content to load and the layout of columns sometimes gets jumbled. And I feel like a good future feature would be letting users personalize their own dashboard view.

All the functions are interconnected. From creating projects and tasks to tracking progress and hours worked, everything is linked. The best part is that these connections generate data for real-time project monitoring. I also like the internal company chat which has its own mobile app. This lets us keep work communication separate without sharing personal phone numbers.
Cons
For very lengthy projects, the Gantt chart can become visually overwhelming due to its horizontal span and the need to interpret all the symbols. But once we get familiar with it, it becomes much easier to use.

The best thing about this software is definitely how it helps me organize and structure my daily work routine. If I had to pick one standout feature, it would be the Kanban board which is essential for my work because it shows me my most urgent tasks and what's still pending at a glance. I also find the calendar extremely useful for storing all my information like meetings and linking them directly to relevant projects.
Cons
One and only minor drawback is the software's loading speed. But even though it can be slow sometimes, I am still able to use the platform without any major interruptions.

Cons
Almost every day when I open my calendar, the task list on the left side of the screen does not load. So I have to navigate to a different section and then return to the calendar to make it appear. This is the only thing that bothers me.
