It merges task management and people operations into one place. The built-in messaging system allows for smooth conversation among groups. It's great for watching output and how a job is advancing. I don't require any other program for my daily work.
Cons
One thing I'd note is that you can't make voice or video calls directly within the platform.

Pros
My favorite part is how it effortlessly enables teamwork across the world with its clear and simple layout. The design and its non-live work style are built for our team's scattered schedules making communication and moving projects forward highly effective.
Cons
The phone app is handy for a fast glance but it doesn't have all the capabilities that the full desktop site offers.

Pros
The most impressive thing is that it's a complete package for running a distributed company. It provides solid tools for handling jobs and quotes, accurate hour logging, effective billing and spending control. The logical design makes it simple to operate and a good fit for any kind of business. It's a flexible resource that seriously boosts the output of remote teams, and I'd absolutely suggest it.
Cons
The platform is packed with tools but some of the more powerful ones take a while for newcomers to learn, requiring a bit of patience to master.

“Simple layout with great support”
Pros
The layout is simple. It has excellent and practical functions. The team is wonderful with clear guidance and help. It connects with other programs we use now and has more links planned. The help desk always prioritizes user suggestions and comments.
Cons
I'd love a way to mark messages as "Urgent" which is different from the current labeling system. It would also be great to have more built-in options for video calls.

Pros
I love not having to switch between a dozen different browser tabs or applications, everything I require is located here. I can follow projects and group advancement, message a colleague or a customer and check the main dashboard and money details. I also like that I can personalize it and tweak the settings until it feels just right for me. It's also great that there's a phone app so when I'm not at my computer I can still stay updated and in the loop.
Cons
Can't think of any major complaints. Occasionally a small glitch appears but their team is pretty good, they fix things quickly.
