In a few years we will have our complete service and work history documented and stored, eliminating the need for physical paper files taking up space and causing navigation difficulties in our office. New staff members will require less guidance to find information and reports arrive instantly.

It would be beneficial if the software could be more easily customized to meet specific customer requirements.

Pros

Since our work is primarily concentrated in London, it is important to provide our engineers with efficient routes to avoid traffic congestion and meet client SLAs. With instant access to well designed job report cards we can offer precise, real time updates to our clients further enhancing our already high customer satisfaction scores.

Cons

Integration with WAZE navigation would be useful since some of our engineers prefer using that satnav system.

Having worked with other companies and in my own business I can confidently say that Workpal is the best in its class. It is industry specific, easy to work with and allows for additional customization.

I have been trained and guided by WorkPal and it is difficult for me to find any faults in what we have compared to what we need. A definite 5 star rating from my side

Both our operational, scheduling and invoicing staff find the system easy to use. Our engineers on the road find the system easy to navigate and the work reports it produces are excellent.

I was impressed by how adaptable the product is to meet the unique needs of each business. The setup process was quick and training was provided. However, the system is user friendly so we were up and running within a couple of weeks. The customer service was excellent with friendly staff who provided great solutions. I particularly like the map feature which allows us to check for nearby jobs.

There were a few things we wanted to change to better suit our needs. but the good thing is that the knowledgeable staff who are well versed in the system were able to provide us with solutions. So for now there are no cons!

It is very easy to schedule jobs for our teams, monitor project progress in real time and generate reports. Workpals user friendly interface simplifies training for our teams.

Adding a dashboard would be a fantastic feature particularly for projects that span over extended periods and involve up to 4 visits per site.

The convenience of this software significantly improves everyones lives. Having RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) on site gives us peace of mind knowing that surprise audits will always be covered. The automatic invoicing and real time updates provide excellent service to our clients which has been acknowledged by new clients who inquired about the software.

Personally I have encountered some minor issues that could probably be resolved if I knew how. However the team is always in contact providing updates and training support.

It is easy to use and implement past data into the system resulting in a significant reduction in workload.

There is not much to complain about. However let me mention that the tracking is not always spot on but the more I use it the more I discover helpful features and shortcuts for things I would have suggested.

Our customers are very much satisfied with the quality of the job cards produced. The ability to track job progress in real time as reported by our engineers on site is a major advantage.
