“Perfect task-manager for digital agency

Pros

I really like the flexibility it offers for tasks and subtasks. It also enhances the privacy for tasks and comments (especially when collaborating with clients within Worksection) and the built-in timer with hourly rates is something I also like. Worksection allows me to break down complex projects into manageable tasks and subtasks, set deadlines and track time spent. Moreover, I can easily share reports with clients for transparent communication and use the data to calculate employee salaries.

Cons

I would like to have more insights about my team performance changes. And will like to have better control over project-specific notifications.

Pros

The program is very very easy to use which eliminates the need for instructions or manuals. It offers a wide range of functionality for working with data arrays. I also like the fast technical support and the convenience of the control panel. As a Project Manager I find the available tools quite useful. Additionally the integration with Telegram is a valuable feature.

Cons

Personally, I don't have any points to mention for an improvement. Whenever I come across areas that can be enhanced, I reach out to support and they seamlessly fit in new features.

I am a big fan of Worksection. We have been using it for over 10 years and it has proven to be a simple yet highly valuable solution for our team. We rely on it for various aspects of project management and organizational tasks.

Cons

We are very much satisfied with everything. No issues whatsoever. Everything is functioning perfectly for us.

I frequently work with this software and it serves me as a central hub for all office-related tasks, including tasks and subtasks that my team can view and comment on. The ability to have private discussions through remarks is priceless. Overall it is a user friendly and practical product that saves significant amount of time and somewhere boosts productivity.

Cons

It would be great if there was an option to merge various boards as it will reduce complexity. For instance, having one board for marketing, another for advertising and a one for calendar view that can be shared with my management team. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to get a complete overview and then dive into the specific details as much as I would like.

Worksection is a nice task manager, not the best, but far from the worst.

Cons

The systems logic is not something you can understand very easily. Also it is not as easy as Asana or Monday.

Pros

I utilize Worksection for managing small projects and the features available in the free version are enough for my work needs. It includes a calendar, task tracking and notifications. At present I don't see the need to upgrade to a paid subscription.

Cons

Some adjustments are needed for task automation. The smartphone application doesn't function properly and notifications occasionally experience significant delays. I have high hopes that these shortcomings will be addressed and resolved soon.

Among numerous similar systems, our leadership chose this one. It allows managers to have a visual overview of all departments work, generate reports and improve the quality of our deliverables.

Cons

The iPhone application is quite unstable and still in its early stages but I would like to use it. Moreover, there is a need for enhanced task visibility automation for newly created tasks.

Pros

The main goal of purchasing this product has been successfully achieved. We have organized and categorized each of our projects, linking them to the calendar and Gantt chart. This allows us to assess the status of any project at any given time. The client's access to their project and the ability to monitor ongoing processes independently is highly convenient.

Cons

Notifications for certain events are sometimes significantly delayed and an iPad application is currently unavailable.

Pros

I have been using this program for a long time and I honestly cannot imagine my life without it. It offers a wide range of features on which I rely on a lot. Tracking task completion speed, managing personal and work schedules are only a portion of what this software is capable of.

Cons

It's unfortunate that there is no desktop client available as I believe it would be very useful. Being constantly dependent on an internet connection is inconvenient, especially when it's not always accessible. Personally, this occurs frequently and I am eagerly waiting for a new versions and hoping not to be disappointed.

Cons

Some employees occasionally lack internet access so I hope the option of offline work becomes available soon. As it is not currently available. Additionally, the account and reports module could benefit from some improvement.

Pros

I use this program almost daily to plan and organize office work. I assign tasks and subtasks, and my employees can view and comment on them. The ability to work with private comments is something l love the most. It is a very suitable and functional system that saves me a lot of time and improves productivity.

Cons

I would prefer an optimization of the comment system so it make the writing process more convenient. The absence of a desktop version is troublesome. Working solely through the internet is not always convenient making a desktop option will surely sought after a lot of things.

The program attracted me due to its wide range of features, such as time tracking, task assignment and priority setting. The reports are delivered directly to my email which provides convenient statistics. I am satisfied with the responsive technical support and the simplicity of the intuitive interface. Everything is executed at a high professional level.

Cons

Having an offline version for office use would be highly beneficial. While working online is good, there are instances where internet access is not available. A network version designed specifically for office use would be in high demand. Additionally, there is room for improvement in certain functions, as perfection knows no limits.

This application greatly serves our project work. Its advantages include convenient timekeeping, email notifications, unlimited user capacity, managed access levels, a calendar, Gantt chart, comprehensive reports and exceptional technical support.

The thing or function I wish to have is a desktop client for offline work (although it's not very important at this stage of our business development).
