It works smoothly

Pros

I think it's excellent for automating tasks and workflows. There are so many supported apps and software to work with.

Cons

It can get really finicky sometimes and just stop working out of nowhere. Troubleshooting inside the platform is a huge pain and takes way too long.

Connects magically

Pros

Loved like how Zapier connects all my external applications. It's been incredibly helpful in keeping everything working together.

Cons

There were a couple of times when things felt clunky, especially when I tried connecting different apps together.

Such a useful automation software

Pros

I thought it was really cool how I could automate and link multiple apps. I had fun testing out different automations and learning how to make my life easier.

Cons

The learning curve was a bit steep at first but there were a lot of helpful videos and a chatbot that made it easier to learn the process.

It's the BEST

Pros

Zapier has made it simple to automate tasks between programs and software that normally don't talk to each other. It's been a huge help when using standard tools instead of paying for custom solutions.

Cons

You don't get multi step Zaps on the free plan so if you want to do anything meaningful, you will need to pay.

Useful but somewhat clunky

Pros

As someone new to automation, I found the platform pretty intuitive to get started with.

Cons

We have run into a lot of limitations with what the automations can actually do, which can be a little frustrating.

Great for automation

Pros

Zapier has been super useful for automating all my repeat tasks. It supports tons of integrations and makes it easy to connect my CRM with Excel.

Cons

I have noticed some triggers stop working when I rename files or tweak settings. I ended up on a more expensive plan just to keep everything running smoothly.

It's a good one

Pros

It works with most of the integrations we use and I have honestly never seen it fail.

Cons

There's not a whole lot to complain about but you do need to be really organized when setting it all up.

Good for automation

Pros

It's like connecting apps the way you'd snap Lego pieces together. Zapier lets me spin up multi-step Zaps in minutes with all sorts of triggers and templates.

Cons

I have noticed the price creep hits harder when your task usage increases and the debug panel still feels kind of awkward to work with.

Saves a lot of time

Pros

Even though I was unfamiliar with it at first, Zapier was really easy to use. I was already getting value from it in the first week and didn't need any outside help. It handles all the repetitive stuff in my job, usually without mistakes. I use it to automate recurring tasks and link different apps together. I can even use it to send reminders to myself or clients through different channels. It helps me plan ahead, schedule things and even set up meetings. And for basic needs like most small business owners have, Its free plan actually works. It's rare to find something free that's this helpful so I really appreciate it.

Cons

With the free plan, there is no support available. I get that it helps them offer a free tier, but I have used other completely free apps that still give you some sort of support. Other than that, I didn't have any issues with it.

Streamlined our marketing workflows

Pros

We use Squarespace for our website and the tracking is pretty limited. We also moved away from Google Suite and couldn't easily automate form submissions with Microsoft. Zapier made that possible. It helped us fully automate our marketing emails by connecting our website to HubSpot. It's flexible and packed with features and I also like the updated pricing plan because it gives a lot more options, even on the free version.

Cons

It can be a bit tricky to use sometimes. Trying to set up form submissions from Squarespace into HubSpot can get tedious if you are not familiar with it. Also not being able to use Webhooks unless you pay is frustrating, though I understand why.

Simple and easy automations

Pros

The AI-powered automation that it recently added has made setting up workflows much faster and easier for me.

Cons

Just like with other automation tools, the cost starts climbing when you connect too many apps and want to keep all your triggers running.

Automates processes

Pros

I love how many different software tools it integrates with. The built in sorting options are super helpful too, especially when you want to pull just the data you actually need.

Cons

I think it's disappointing that the free version does not allow multi step Zaps. Most use cases need more than one step so even with light usage, you are forced into the paid plan.

Essential subscription for managing multiple tools

Pros

Zapier automates the connection between programs that would either take forever to communicate or just would not work together at all.

Cons

I do get error reports for some Zaps but they never tell me what the actual problem is or how to fix it, which makes it hard to troubleshoot.

Such a life saver

Pros

Honestly just about everything. It's helped boost our productivity more than anything else and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

Honestly there is not much I dislike. If anything, I wish it had more integrations that were tailored to our market.

I'm a bit disappointed

Pros

Zapier is a tool that helps you automate repeat tasks. You can connect different tools together and use triggers to make actions happen automatically.

Cons

Unless you have got a lot of repetitive tasks like filling out spreadsheets or signing documents online, it might not be worth using.

Save your time with Zapier

Pros

It's amazing for handling repeat tasks. We set up triggers in Missive, like when we get a new email or comment and that kicks off actions in other apps like creating tasks or sending messages to the team.

Cons

There are times when Zaps take a while to go through and that delay can be annoying when you are relying on them.
