Pros

The integration with Slack makes it seamless to gather feedback. The dashboard for feedback gathering itself is highly versatile. The possibilities for road mapping and flexibility are impressive. There are some incredible features I'm eager to try, such as release notes management and product research capabilities.

Cons

Once the data is within the platform, utilizing it becomes incredibly simple. However, I found the process of obtaining the data manually to be a bit challenging. Nevertheless, the team is actively working on making this process easier for their future customers.
