I am in love with the fact that it integrates with Google Drive allowing me to effortlessly access contracts and other documents and import them into the system. The reminders it sends for follow ups or client communication are fantastic. I can customize it to suit my business needs and if there is anything I cannot figure out, the support team provides prompt assistance.
Cons
I have no complaints about the product. It serves its purpose perfectly for my needs.
