Pros
Working with this software feels very easy, the system is simple to operate and the staff are highly qualified and helpful.
Cons
A few important features like payment processing still aren't available in my country and I really think that needs to be addressed. I'd also like to see stronger integration between Booking.com and this software.

Pros
Right from the training their team made a big difference. They answered all of our questions, were extremely thorough throughout and honestly ended up being the best part of the whole experience.

“All in one rental hub”
Pros
Everything is handled in one place which makes managing property descriptions, features, photos, rates, contracts and more really convenient. Also it syncs everything across multiple platforms smoothly including our own website and booking engine. The reporting tools are also a strong plus.
Cons
Not much to complain about. There are a few small interface glitches and some autocorrect issues in the unified messaging tools but nothing serious or especially concerning.

“integrated accounting that delivers”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the integrated accounting feature. It covers daily operational accounting and if needed you can also connect it to QuickBooks.
Cons
The mobile website still feels less complete than the desktop version.

“responsive team and effective accounting”
Pros
They're very open to feedback and keep improving the platform based on user input. The accounting side is also really comprehensive which has been a big plus for managing everything in one place.
Cons
One thing that could be better is taking more responsibility when issues come up and following them through more directly.

Pros
Something I truly appreciate is how often they keep improving the platform with excellent updates. Their support team is also world class! Always incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely pleasant to deal with!
Cons
The only part I wasn't keen on was the email layout although I understand that this is already being addressed in an upcoming update.

“helpful tax fix”
Pros
We really like how responsive the support team has been. They recently helped us resolve a major issue with taxes not being sent correctly to airbnb and we're very thankful they got that fixed.
Cons
Reporting still needs quite a bit of improvement. We also tested the Report Writer but it hasn't been usable for us. More than anything we want the ability to build our own schedules directly within the software and right now the whole reporting setup feels unfriendly when it comes to creating reports.

Pros
Having the website templates, booking engine and payment gateway bundled together in one platform is really convenient and makes managing everything much more efficient.
Cons
The downside is that there's only limited design flexibility when it comes to the booking engine's specific components.
