booking flow that saves time

Pros

Running our daily work has been much simpler with this software. It keeps everything organized from the first inquiry through to confirmed bookings and the whole process moves along smoothly while saving us a lot of time.

Cons

Up to this point we really haven't come across anything we dislike.

Outstanding support and patience

Pros

One thing that really stood out to me was how available the team was. I could always book an appointment within the same week which made a big difference. I also loved that the meetings were a full hour long which felt very generous compared with other platforms that sometimes only give you 15 to 30 minutes. The people helping me were professional the whole way through and gave me a lot of their time. Quite a few meetings even ran a little over and they were always willing to stay longer to make sure all my questions were answered. The support I received was truly exceptional and even better than I expected. This is definitely a complex platform but because of all the meetings I was able to attend I ended up building a solid understanding of how it works. I also really appreciated how respectfully I was treated. English is not my first language and I am also new to managing rental chalets so I did not always grasp everything immediately. Even so the people assisting me were consistently patient, respectful and understanding. Overall thank you very much this is genuinely a wonderful company!

Cons

Very little to complain about. At most the platform and website can feel complicated at the beginning and some options do require extra payment. Other than that I really have nothing negative to add.

confusing rollout

Pros

The idea behind the platform is good but everything is so complex. Even the team does not seem to fully understand how their own software is supposed to work.

Cons

Support has been poor and there seems to be very little real knowledge of how to use the software properly. They are good at selling services but the onboarding and support are extremely unclear. Also there is too much email spam with news and the set up feels unprofessional and not competent.

best decision for growth!

Pros

It covers so many parts of the business that it's hard to single out just one feature. What I can say without hesitation is that bringing it into my business early on was the best decision I've made for the company.

Cons

Before the update the back end used to be quite slow and had a lot of latency. Now that issue has mostly been resolved.

Channel issues

Pros

At first glance it had a clean and easy dashboard that made handling bookings organized and efficient. The direct website integration worked reliably and the automated message templates along with the workflow automation were thoughtfully set up. Those tools definitely helped simplify communication and keep daily operations running in a more efficient way.

Cons

However the customer service is very weak especially on weekends when support is completely unavailable. We ran into a lot of problems with channel connections and although the onboarding process looked professional at the beginning in reality there were ongoing system connectivity issues. Another downside is the absence of a mobile app for managing communication and operations while away from the office along with no real time notifications. A bigger problem is the missing multi unit features with certain channels such as Airbnb which forced us to recreate listings and lose important reviews. That created a serious impact on reservations and reduced our flexibility when assigning guests to different villa units.

valuable time saving platform

Pros

Product has been a real asset to our business. It's added a lot of value and saves us a significant amount of time when preparing owner statements. The support team is also friendly and well informed and they have been especially helpful.

Cons

There are still some glitches and bugs and it's frustrating that there isn't an on-call number or a simple way to reach someone directly. The program also isn't the most user friendly or easy to work with.

Pros

Managing properties with this has been simple and it comes with plenty of features that make both bookings and everyday management much more convenient.

Cons

Pricing felt a bit high at the beginning since it was part of the upfront investment so I just had to account for it in the budget.

Powerful Booking Tools

Pros

Right away it felt like a solid and flexible system because you can choose the modules that fit your business instead of paying for things you do not need. The website integration and booking manager have been especially valuable. They have helped us keep our reservations organized, avoid missing important details and make everything visible to the whole team so everyone stays on the same page.

Cons

Like most software platforms there is a lot to learn at first. I recently added the channel manager to our account and that took some time to figure out. Ongoing group training sessions focused on different features or topics would probably make it much easier to get comfortable with everything.

impressive onboarding and support

Pros

Range of features and services available is genuinely impressive and the level of support along with the time invested in training during onboarding went well beyond what I expected.

Cons

It's a little hard to judge the downsides since I've barely used the platform yet. From what I have managed to do so far everything has worked in line with my expectations. If I had to point out one concern it would be the pricing structure and having to commit to 5 properties from the start. As a startup property manager it's tough paying for properties you're not yet managing though I can understand it if that cost helps cover the training and onboarding provided.

complete and simple platform

Pros

Fairly simple to get around and it offers a very complete set of features. It only took a handful of sessions with the team before I had a solid understanding of how the channel manager works.

Cons

I don't have any negative feedback about it. Everything went smoothly and matched what I was expecting.

affordable setup with responsive support

Pros

Taking a chance on this platform ended up being a good fit for my small property management company especially because it was affordable from the start. Like most systems it took some upfront effort to get everything configured and running properly so it took some time to get used to. Even with a few hurdles along the way the support team has been with me through the whole process. I've been able to contact them whenever needed and their response time has been very quick and efficient. Uploading the properties was fairly easy and once everything was in place making edits and updates became very simple.

Cons

I'm not really a fan of the email layout inside the system. I'm slowly getting used to it but it still doesn't feel very user friendly to me.

Great support

Pros

From the start their team was very responsive and the onboarding with them was excellent. The interface is user friendly and the add on options let you change the package to fit exactly what you need. We also suggested adding booking history for owners and they added that very quickly which was really impressive.

Cons

Unfortunately it doesn't have a mobile app at the moment. The onboarding process also takes quite a while although it does double as useful training and helps get the system set up properly.

Amazing onboarding and training

Pros

Right from the beginning the training provided by their team was outstanding. The channel integration went smoothly and the service overall has been excellent.

Cons

powerful pms with standout integrations

Pros

After using this software for 8 years I can honestly say it's one of the most complete property management systems I've come across with plenty of add on options as well. The platform feels very well planned out with excellent tools, direct integrations with Airbnb and VRBO and the option for larger property managers to add a channel manager. The accounting side is especially strong with really solid owner statements and useful owner login features. It also includes comprehensive marketing tools plus support for multicurrency payments and a wide range of guest payment gateways. I also had my website built by their in house design team and that has brought in a significant amount of direct bookings. On top of that the support team is quick and friendly and every user gets a dedicated account manager. The Guest App they introduced recently has also been very popular. At this point I wouldn't consider switching to anything else.

Cons

The only thing missing for me is a direct Booking.com integration although I understand this is planned for 2025.

Pros

Having one place to handle communication and finances makes managing multiple channels much more convenient.

Cons

Getting started takes some time and the onboarding process before becoming fully productive is a bit slow though I'm not sure competing tools would be any faster.

Pros

Switching over from the system we used before was simple and the customer service and training have been really very good.

Cons

Everything has been positive overall. The only thing is that there are a lot of features which is a good thing but it does take some time to learn them all.
