Pros

They've been consistently reliable and incredibly responsive every time we've needed them. The team is clearly well organized and more importantly, really knows what they're doing which gives you total confidence that things are in the right hands. It's not just about getting answers quickly.. it's about getting the right answers from people who genuinely understand the product and your needs.

Cons

Fast Integrations And Daily Comfort

Pros

After a year of using it I'm very satisfied with this software. It's fast, connects really well with other systems for importing bookings and handling CRM and it's very simple to use every day.

Cons

Overall I'm happy with the software. The only thing I'd still like to see even if the commercial demand may not be very high is a Linux version (at least for a stable and officially supported distribution like RedHat or something similar)

Pros

It offers solid value for the price, works well for planning and the service for training and support during issues has been very good. The company is also growing quickly which is encouraging to see.

Cons

Statistics area could be better and the software feels a bit slow at times. Some of that may depend on the internet connection but even with a good connection the pages do not always respond quickly.

solid reliability every day

Pros

Reliability has been the biggest advantage for me. I've been using this software for two years and during all that time it was unavailable for only about five minutes just because of a server issue.

Cons

If I have to point out one thing I'm not fully happy with it would be the room assignment. It needs to be checked manually because the software isn't really 'intelligent' and doesn't always assign rooms in a way that fills the empty spaces efficiently.

Great value for hotels

Pros

Right from installation it is very simple to use and lets hotels get the most out of it immediately. After more than 20 years working in the hotel industry I can honestly say it offers the best value for money I've seen.

Cons

flexible PMS that keeps improving

Back in 2012 I was among the first to put my trust in this software and its team and since then I've seen the PMS grow a lot alongside our business. The part I value most is its flexibility which continues to fit the needs of a resort like ours. I also really appreciate the new Pocket PMS because it lets me stay connected with the reception no matter where I am.

Cons

estaurant management side still needs to be improved as soon as possible. At the moment that is probably the weakest part of the PMS.

Running in the cloud makes it really convenient, it's simple to use and I haven't run into any bugs. Whenever something comes up the help desk is always available and ready to assist.

cloud access and booking control

Running a three room B&B in Modena I initially assumed a PMS would be unnecessary for a small property like ours. After becoming a customer for this service I realized I was completely mistaken. It has turned out to be essential for our business because it keeps us constantly connected with our online sales channels which means we can avoid any risk of overbooking. I also travel quite a bit and since it is cloud based I'm able to stay connected and manage things even when I'm away from the reception desk.

Cons

This is our first time using a PMS so I don't have any experience with other systems to compare it against. Because of that I really have nothing negative to report.

Pros

After using PMS software since 2004 I hadn't come across anything quite like this software. It's simple, user friendly, customer focused and very flexible. I use it in boutique hotels including 4 and 5 star properties with a small number of rooms (usually between 14 and 20 suites) and in a 50 room hotel with a restaurant and spa. In every case the staff really enjoy working with it because it's simple yet it still allows full control over all the key performance indicators. Choosing this four years ago has been something I'm very happy with. Thanks as well to the support team.

strong connections across channels

Running three hotels with 40, 52 and 54 rooms in very different locations (mountain and seaside) means I need a system that can adapt to different operational needs and flexibility is exactly the feature I value most in this software. On top of that it lets me connect with several external platforms without much effort. The integration with Simple Booking's booking engine is particularly strong and setting up the two way connection with BookingSuite Rate Manager took only a few minutes. I've had the same positive experience with Tripadvisor Review Express as well.

best PMS with excellent support

Pros

After more than a year of using this PMS we're still very satisfied with it. The system is user friendly, dependable and it has never gone down for us. The training was detailed and well done and the customer support has been outstanding even though we've only needed it a handful of times. Overall it offers excellent value for the money.

Cons

One limitation is that it still isn't fully adapted for countries outside Italy. For instance we can only type and print in the Latin alphabet not in Cyrillic like Greek. Still we were informed that upcoming updates should resolve these issues.

Running a 50 room hotel in the very competitive seaside market of Rimini, we needed something reliable and this software turned out to be exactly that. It gives us the tools to manage revenue properly and most importantly it has taken away the stress of overbookings. Now every time we enter a reservation in the planner from a direct booking the room is instantly closed on our online sales channels in real time which lets us work with much more peace of mind.
