Getting this up and running was quick and easy and the deployment was completed within the expected timeline. On the functionality side, it connects with different third party tools which helps strengthen security and improve overall performance. The TAC team has also been very responsive and helpful, working to resolve raised tickets as quickly as possible. In terms of protection, its detection engine uses machine learning and AI to spot unusual behavior immediately before it can affect the website or server. It does this by creating a unique signature for each visitor to the site. The scanning and detection happen continuously in real time which adds another strong layer of security. Overall, the product delivers on what it promises and stands out as a very solid option for enterprise organizations.

Cons

A limitation is that the reporting is quite basic and cannot really be adjusted for custom use cases. The reports it generates are fairly fundamental and only useful in limited scenarios. The dashboard could also use more features and functionality to make it more interactive and user-friendly so that is definitely an area that needs improvement. Pricing is another concern since it is expensive and not really practical for smaller organizations. It would be better if it were more affordable especially because there are other bot management solutions on the market at lower price points. At times, it also ends up blocking legitimate bots and friendly crawlers that are useful for websites when collecting data for information building. On top of that, we have run into some bugs during updates and firmware releases which can be frustrating to deal with.
