Pros
Being able to see the full history and sort service orders based on current needs is really helpful. It's also very user friendly when I need to place multiple calls at once for a single location.
Cons
A limitation it has is that I can't submit a new service order when there are already existing ones that still haven't been followed up on.

Pros
Has been very helpful for bringing business to our brand especially for B2B opportunities that generate revenue. The software lets us manage pricing, inventory, availability and product descriptions in one place. We also received solid training and support from the team and the available features help us handle our products effectively. Another big advantage is the ability to connect it with our channel manager which makes managing rates and availability much more efficient.
Cons
The downside is the setup and initial configuration which takes a long time and involves a lot of repetitive steps. Another issue is that older reservations cannot be tracked beyond 6 months and I see that as a real setback.

Pros
Whether I'm on the desktop site or using the mobile app the platform performs reliably and gives me excellent options to work from just about any device.
Cons
Getting everything configured at the start took quite a bit of time and there were a lot of issues to fix early on so preventive requests would be triggered at the right time.

Back when I was working as a Corporate Sales and Catering Manager I used this software and it did a really solid job of keeping up with all the details. The training they provided was also quite good with easy tutorials that were simple to follow.
Cons
Honestly there was not much to dislike about it. If I had to point to one thing it would be that the cost felt a little higher than what the software delivered although that often comes with the territory (you usually get what you pay for and that applied here too)
