The thing I like the most about it is that market information is available in real time and that too right at your fingertips.

I feel like it would be helpful to get more updates on upcoming units that are expected soon.

It pulls all the data automatically so we do not have to manually enter it into Excel.

One thing I have noticed is that rates can be a bit misleading sometimes, especially when a floor plan is fully occupied.

Using this product has saved us time during the day. Also the site is very easy to navigate and the reporting is useful when discussing market trends with clients. Even the staff is friendly and quick to assist whenever we need help.

The best thing about ApartmentIQ is that it shows users the pricing of their apartments compared to others in the market. Also this program is very easy to use and the implementation process is quite simple too. They have excellent customer support ready to answer any questions. I use this app all the time because it makes my job much more efficient.

There is literally nothing I do not like about it. It works great in every way.

There is a lot that I like about it such as real time data on rents, comparisons and specials.

I would love more options to dig into traffic and lead data and be able to tweak the reports to fit my needs.

I really like that the data is automatically scraped from the internet, the result of it is that there is no last minute rush on Monday mornings to gather all the data before reports are due.

There is no way to fix inaccurate data from the scrub and that can mess with the trends. Some competitors even provide market survey emails and it would be great to be able to edit that in the platform. Plus the reports do not go as deep as Radix. We used to just pull a full Market Summary each quarter and now it takes more work.

Well it would be a time saver if we could export several market reports to Excel at once.

It offers a great overview of what competitors are offering and makes it quite easy to check their availability by floor plan. We can compare data like year built, average rent and occupancy without constantly calling competitors. Some of them would not even participate in market surveys when we called, but now we have access to their data without any issues. Overall it is a game changer!

The leasing percentages are not always correct.

I love how easy it is to read the reports and the details provided. It makes my business and marketing decisions so much easier.

My only issue is that not all properties are included in the reports probably because their systems do not sync with it.

Well I like the fact that ApartmentIQ keeps historical data for several years. Also I can choose the metrics I want to compare to get an accurate comparison between competitors. Even the information is easy to read and understand.

Honestly they are always working on fixing anything that comes up so I really do not have any complaints.

Plus the reports are detailed yet simple to navigate which makes pricing decisions based on the market much smoother. Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it for property management teams.

One thing I noticed is the leased and occupancy percentages are not always reliable especially with new lease-ups. It seems like they are calculated off availability instead of actual leased units which can give a false read.

The ability it gives us to compare rates especially when showing what apartments are listed for versus what they are leased for is really useful.

It takes a bit of our time to get used to all the features but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

Though market surveys can be hard to trust but getting information directly from ILS for each site in the market is so much better. Plus I really like the historical feature.

Well I have seen a few instances where property fee details were incorrect.

There are a lot of good things about it but being able to compare specials and pricing is something that has proven highly helpful for me.
