Pros
Whenever I need help, their customer service has been fantastic. I can call a team member directly and even if they miss the call, they usually get back to me within the hour. I've never had the sense that they didn't care or weren't able to help and their knowledge of management is a huge plus too.
Cons
The reporting could definitely be more efficient and down the line I'd also like the option to create custom leases. Even so I know they're continuously making improvements and that's a big reason I plan to stay with them.
