Pros

It gives us real-time monitoring and strong cloud protection for our customers' accounts.

Cons

At times, the alerting can be a little too aggressive so you really need to understand how to manage and configure it properly.

“constant updates and great support”

Pros

Whenever I need help, their customer service has been fantastic. I can call a team member directly and even if they miss the call, they usually get back to me within the hour. I've never had the sense that they didn't care or weren't able to help and their knowledge of management is a huge plus too.

Cons

The reporting could definitely be more efficient and down the line I'd also like the option to create custom leases. Even so I know they're continuously making improvements and that's a big reason I plan to stay with them.
