Great value

Pros

Getting started with it was easy and the setup process was just as simple. The training is very detailed so my team picked it up quickly and it works well for staff at every experience level. Customer service is truly unmatched and honestly one of the strongest parts of the whole platform. It also costs a lot less than most POS systems while still offering a ton of features. The system runs on tablets that you can buy through them and while that is probably the biggest upfront expense the upside is that you're not stuck with hardware that only works for one POS system since you still have Galaxy tablets afterward.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. I'm happy with almost everything. There are a few reports I wish were available but they're very specific to my business and the system still gets me pretty close to what I need.

convenient mobile updates

Pros

Using this product has been very seasy and making updates is simple. One thing that really helps is being able to update things right from my phone whenever I'm away from work.

Cons

Only thing I'd want is the option to fix mistakes made by my team. That said it's hardly a real downside because the customer support team is incredibly helpful and truly amazing.

Customer First and Always Improving

Pros

They go above and beyond to make this the best possible option for their customers.

Cons

At first it wasn't very easy but it became understandable pretty quickly. On the positive side they have clearly listened (and continue to listen) to customer feedback shaping the software to work the way users want.

Pros

From day one the software has been simple to use, includes everything I need and honestly has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with anywhere.

Cons

Every now and then a few minor glitches show up in the software but they always get resolved.

cloud based control that delivers!

Pros

Running it has been a big win for us thanks to its cloud based setup and tiered user permissions. It syncs with our financials every day which keeps everything current without extra effort. The portable tablets are also really useful and being able to track a single tab across all locations makes daily service much more convenient.

Cons

Getting familiar with all of the available reports took some time at first so there is definitely some adjustment needed to figure out. Also if I need sales data for a period longer than 30 days I have to export it instead of viewing it directly in the system.
