“Had a terrible experience
Pros
There is nothing that I like about this software. Everything they say or promised is a lie.
Cons
Nothing seems to work right and they are way too bad at fixing problems. In other words they fixed nothing.

“Nonstop issues and nothing gets solved
Pros
The product is simple to use but I noticed that it has quite a few bugs and runs into multiple problems sometimes.
Cons
There have been constant issues. Bugs keep popping up regularly which has seriously hurt our business. Pages take forever to refresh every day for a whole week straight. Plus they are clearly not following fair usage rules since they can't deliver a reliable, award-winning service. The customer service on live chat is also very slow and often takes almost a week to reply. Overall this software has cost my company a lot of time and money.

“Customer support was terrible
Pros
I really like the calendar alerts that remind me when tenancies are about to expire.
Cons
It is not user-friendly and customer support is seriously lacking as they were never available for help when I needed the most.

Pros
It is a fantastic tool that makes managing properties easier for me. Also onboarding new tenants is simple especially with the Facebook integration which helps bring tenants in and get them settled quickly.
Cons
Sometimes it feels too technical. And I struggled quite a bit with the accounting side.

Everything is very well centralized which makes it simple for many of our managers to access the same info.
Cons
Both the app and website is quite clunky and I feel like could definitely be easier to use.

I really like how it lets tenants directly connect with contractors for minor repairs while I can still control spending and oversee the work.

Pros
Booking viewings is quick and notifying tenants is pretty simple too. Also the side tabs are easy to use and we rely on the daily tasks feature for maintenance requests which works smoothly.
Cons
The property owner statements confuse our landlords a lot.

“Good but could be better
Pros
It is very simple and handles basic account management well. We manage both short and long term tenants and the system is flexible enough for staff to track current and upcoming tenancies. Also we use flags very much to keep an eye on different tenancy types.
Cons
There is no integration with our STAAH channel management software. Using the new templates for statements and printing is more complicated than the old system. Also I wish there was a visual overview showing tenancy status for all properties. Though the advanced features work well for the UK market but they need to support the Asian market better where we operate.

Pros
The staff are pretty helpful, the dashboard is also easy to use and updates come regularly which I like a lot.
Cons
I just wish sending property owner remittances were simpler.

“HMO work made easier with it
Pros
It is pretty easy to navigate and perfect for HMOs. The dashboard gives a great overview of all properties. Also syncing with Xero saves me loads of time. Plus I like that tenants can manage their leases and report issues while I assign tasks to my team. There are many features I have not explored yet so I am not using Arthur to its full potential.
Cons
If we could preset defaults like tenancy length and other details to make adding tenants faster it would be awesome. Also syncing with Xero should require fewer steps.

Pros
Arthur Online helped us manage HMOs well which is something other software could not do.
Cons
The system has complex processes that we really need to learn well first or it won't be effective. Well this is not really a flaw in the software but users need proper training.

Pros
The service is top-notch and the thought put into this product beats anything and everything else out there. Plus being cloud based means I am not tied to the office and the native iOS and Android apps allow me to use it on my phone without any hassle.
Cons
Took me a while to get used to the new UI update. Also the mail merge part feels overcomplicated now as it was better when all options were on one screen before the upgrade.

“Covers all the bases for property tools
Pros
We use this for property management and the ability to link contractors, tenants, landlords, letting agents and property managers in one ecosystem is invaluable. Plus the apps are solid and the web interface is advanced too. This means we don't have to call tenants all the time and they like that they can report issues without feeling like they are bothering anyone. Also the support team is quick to fix bugs and keep adding new features which really makes it worth the cost.
Cons
The native Android and Apple apps sometimes crash with a white screen of death. Users say deleting and reinstalling does not fix it as you often have to clear the phone's cache. Also I feel like it would be great if the app had the same functionality as the web version.

“Helps keep tenant communication smooth
Pros
After searching for something to handle over 1,000 tenants we found a winner. The dashboard and app are simple and help us quickly respond to tenant issues. Customer service is amazing too and we feel lucky to use Arthur. Though there are some initial hiccups but they get fixed fast. We are a demanding client but they are great to work with.
Cons
At first the software did not let us separate data by regions which was very important for us. Luckily the Arthur team is fixing that right now. I have nothing negative to say about the product or the company. Once this is sorted I'd give it a perfect 10/10 instead of 9/10.

“Feature-rich and still user-friendly
Pros
As a landlord with 26 units this has everything I need. With mostly student tenants, they love having an app to reach me through. Also it keeps everything organized in one spot which is awesome.
Cons
They did not have integrated payment systems before but adding Xero has made the software completely rounded now. So I have nothing major to share when it comes to cons.
