Pros

Honestly not a single good thing to say. There is absolutely nothing I liked.

Cons

Problems cannot be fixed because customer service never responds. Honestly this is by far the worst association website provider I have dealt with.

No one ever responds from their side

Pros

The low cost is the only plus but on the other side I would say spending more upfront could have saved me from all the stress later.

Cons

There is no support or follow up on calls and emails. Also it is impossible to reach a live person when we need help. So if you have any other choice, go with that instead.

Pros

It is pretty simple and easy to use and posting content to the site is not too difficult as I thought it might be.

Cons

Customer support is almost non existent. As sometimes it takes weeks or even months to get any kind of response which is way too annoying.

Well you can't rely on their support

Pros

The features are just average. The price is low and now I understand why. Plus it is quite user friendly overall and the menus and document search functions are decent. Online registration works well too.

Cons

We switched payment providers and contacted support a month before the changeover. Calls and support tickets went ignored. It was impossible to speak with anyone live. As the date got closer we reached out to our Implementation Coordinator but were told it was not their job and to call the account rep. Still no response. Our cutover date arrived and we had to fix the main menu link ourselves but the dropdown menu is still broken. An email to the Director of Customer Care was ignored and we are still waiting for support to call us. This affects our HOA's revenue and should have been a top priority. So based on this I would not recommend this vendor and would gladly share my experience with potential customers. Still waiting for help.

User-friendly tool

Pros

Not only is it very user-friendly but it is also easy to train others on. Plus all our documents are stored in one place and everything our association needs is right here.

Cons

Dates show oldest first, I mean who thought that was a good idea? Plus service is inconsistent. However after I shared my frustrations publicly, the customer service manager acted quickly and restored the data the same day. That's about as good as it gets though I wish their process was better so problems never got to that point. However they are listening and improving.

Not terrible not awesome either

Pros

The site layout is clean and well structured. Plus we can set permission levels by folder and there are special access options for board and committee members which is helpful.

Cons

Documents sort by oldest first and the resident directory sorts by first name. The template looks like it is designed for a retirement home and cannot be changed. Plus there is no support for contractor ratings or voting. I mean too many flaws.
